The Citi Residenci- Asansol

This was our second stay at this property. We had good experience last time, so booked it again this time too. It is located on the highway, so for us, that is good as we don't like to stay in crowded city. Food there is little costly, but you have the option of adjoining restaurants, where the rates are good and you have the choice of a bengali restaurant paather panchal and a normal one thek. There's a wine shop too. There's a spa and parlor too. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

food is not good i have change the room category however they took 800 more offered without breakfast. not proper serving of utinsels for food rates are too high. they should allow chef to taste the food before serving. as salt is too high in paneer lavabdar. i order noodles at night seems like they are extra cooked and getting smell of some burning 🔥. over all behaviour of employee are good they room service is excellent they are quick

Thus was our 3rd stay here. We like it so much that whenever we go to asansol, we don't think twice before booking it. Their food is over priced, but you have theque, right beside, which is quite affordable. Path er panchali, the bengali food joint beside, also is over priced. The breakfast at citi is good though. If you hate staying in the main city, then this is for you.

Their statrting room is very good, clean, and bathroom is very attractive. Bedsheets are clean but its have some stains on it. But its ok, they provide some toiletries like toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo. Their service is good. And the best part is breakfast they have a buffet breakfast thats have plenty of options veg and nonveg combined. The service is very good.

Very well maintained and professional The Citi Residenci- Asansol, excellent rooms and facilities. They have ab excellent restaurant with proper chef. Will definitely repeat. There is a huge parking and has very easy accessibility to highway. Best thing is they have early checkins and late checkouts as per guests flexibility. Hospitality is great.

The property is aesthetically pleasing and has very polite staff. Rooms and common area are clean. There’s a massive open parking space. The food served at the property is decent , including the options at the buffet breakfast. However, the property’s location is such that if you do not have your own vehicle, you might have to break a sweat.

The The Citi Residenci- Asansol has a huge car parking, excellent multicuisine restaurant and bar. Spacious lawn, excellent staff and services. I have stayed here on occasions since 2010 on business trip and also with family. The taste of food is very good and the The Citi Residenci- Asansol has attached good restaurants as the theque.

Good according to price we came here as part of a wedding group. From start to finish our stay was lovely. The services were good and the checkout was done quick and smoothly. Although we didn't have much time to check out any services apart from the restaurant mainly at breakfast, still it was good and the variety of food was superb.

Best facility in this budget. Rooms are clean enough. There are versions option in breakfast. Parking area is also big.

Hotel was very good. And room ar so clean and safe. Staff are so good and polite behavior. But food test e little good not value for money. Rs. 20 coke are charged 60. Very extra rupees for food.

It's a nice stay at this place, rooms are appreciably clean. Washroom was equipped with necessary toiletries. Best part was their prompt room service. Property can be recommended without any second thought.

The location is little off from the city nearest station is kalipahari and 15-20 by auto or bus from asansol busstand. Otherwise reception, room, all are fine. Standard rooms are not for double occupancy, enough for single.
