One of the best safety standards right from entering the The Claridges New Delhi at the gate, to the reception, all safety standards such as temp checks, bag scanning, etc was performed. Social distancing well maintained frequeny sanitisation of common areas, sparkling clean property. Right in the center of vip zone with many tourist destinations at walking distance. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable good spread and service very prompt. The receptionist ms anju was very supportive and helped us with a room upgrade given that we were a family of four. She frequently checked if we were facing any issues and was extremely supportive and polite. Rooms were quite spacious and room services were super prompt. Do not think twice if you want to experience luxury living right in the center of delhi with one of the best customer service.

Location is awesome. Food was good but no buffet dinner menu on sun-day is disappointing. Most of the The Claridges New Delhis provide buffet on weekend. It was a shocker and we did not get an option for the appetizers. Only main course. They badly need to build a big restaurant, its way too small considering a 5 start property. We had to keep visiting dhaba and pick wick every now and then to chose as both were serving different items due to shortage of space. Tushar was very helpful and quick serving stuff and was very polite.

We absolutely loved the place. We stayed here for 4 nights. This The Claridges New Delhi is perfectly located. Can go to north or south delhi easily as it is centrally located. Rooms are the best. They are very spacious with beautiful views. Food is amazing. The best part is staff is so friendly and helpful. Will greet you always with the smile. And they are always ready to help you any time of the day or night. I really loved the hospitality. I would definitely stay there again and again when in delhi.

This place has a very classy “old-timey” vibe to it. Wood work and chandeliers make the decor everywhere from the lobby to the corridors. Very victorian. The rooms are spacious compared to what you’d find in a marriott or a vivanta. The service is quick. If you order your food to your room, be prepared to shell out a premium compared to other The Claridges New Delhis - but it is equally delicious and they’re very accommodating with special requests. The location is great and very close to india gate.

There was a homely ambience in the The Claridges New Delhi. The staff was polite and courteous in their behavior. The food in the jade restaurant was not up to the mark and their were very few options to choose from the menu. The The Claridges New Delhi should also send the room no allotted and other details once the room has been booked so that the guest will feel at ease before checking- in. Thnx

I had booked the The Claridges New Delhi room along with unlimited breakfast and dinner i stayed there with my two friends we were total three and i must tell that the quantity of food and the quality of food was amazing and due to covid they serve the food inside the room and the guy who took the food to our room kept it in a warm container with trolley it was a really classy and great experience

The The Claridges New Delhi is set away from the hustle and bustle of delhi, yet in the very heart of the city. Easy access to both north and south delhi especially, the monuments in the city center and cp. Hotel is old, under renovation, but well maintained with very good hygiene. Breakfast buffet was very good. Quality of food exceptional. Had a croissant from the bakery, best i have ever had.

Me and my husband stayed to celebrate his birthday. The stay was comfortable, we were greeted by most of the staff for my husband’s birthday. They made sure all the possible means to make our stay memorable. Free room upgrade, flower decoration in room, bouquet and a cake. All was awesome, not only the surprise but the room was spacious, clean and much lit. Definitely come back to the property.

Also the front desk miss anju the duty manager upgraded my room was pleasantly surprised woww, akshay was too good from front desk gave me extension till 3pm on the checkout day nobdy does tht.
