The Classik Fort

no proper restaurant. not good for family. more of a bar than a restaurant. Lights are dim in the entire hotel

The property location is good. Amenities are not bad. Food is average quality and quantity. Room service was very good.

The stay was convenient and comfortable well maintained and clean. food was hygienic and overall exp was good

Out of 4 double rooms,One room which the allotted Air Conditioner was not working. At about 3.30 am they allotted another room (which was a single room). In another room the wash basin was totally blocked.

Pleasant stay, Very neat rooms, room set ups are well maintained. If reception services are improved for check out activities it could be a better stay

It was stinking very badly in the floor lobby. There was no AC in the floor lobby. Not recommended for family.

Services were really pathetic. Calls went mostly unattended. There were very few employees to serve. The complimentary breakfast was just about average.

We had planned for a night stay, but the experience was poor. The floor was wet when we were arrived, we asked the room service to clean the floor, but still it was wet due to poor air conditioning which did keep the floor wet all the time. The trays in the bathroom were broken and there is no way to keep the soap while taking a shower. The next day breakfast was not arranged on the same restaurant and we had to walk to nearby facility to avail the food. House keeping was not responding, we need to call reception all the time to get any support with house keeping.

Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff was well behaved, with daily cleaning and good food. The metro station is conveniently close, just under 1 km away. Cons: During my 4-day stay, I couldn’t reach the restaurant or room service by phone. I had to either go to the reception or call them for any assistance. All in all, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Entry to hotel is quite confusing with no proper signages. Made me wander a lot foyer ambience below par rooms location and the passage to reach are not good break fast spread is pretty poor room service is fast. Food quality average only. No bar in this facility elevators are quite old and risky feeling reception staff is good overall below par facility is pulling the scores down

Good location near to temple and veg restaurant. Breakfast options are limited, starts late at 7. 30am. Toilet did have small cockroaches but otherwise it provides ironing facility which for this rate is good

Location is good, decent connectivity towards metro station and buses. Did not have food at the hotel. Ammneties like shaving kits and dental kits where provided. Housekeeping was done regular

I am a regular visitor and i find the property conveniently located for my needs, the food and services are very good

Everything is good and excellent. Restorant also good. Rooms are neat and tidy, almost everything is very good.
