Cliff by Zuper at Panchgani is a place worth staying while you are visiting Mahabaleshwar and nearby places. The location is ideal, amidst serene natural surroundings. It’s nestled atop a flat land overlooking a sprawling valley and the lake, which makes for a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Cliff by zuper provided more than just comfortable stay, the breakfast was sumptuous, rooms were excellent with a balcony with a wide open view of the tabletop & the valley beyond that. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. The facilities at the venue are impeccable, two swimming pools, recreation facilities for guests, ample parking space, live music, spa and sauna, and bar room, all this makes your stay immemorable. All the sightseeing places are nearby from the resort. All in all it’s worth every rupee for a grand stay at Cliff by zuper.

I saw on Instagram and than I booked through make my trip. food was great specially breakfast was great. location is nearby from all the points. all the amenities and services were best and value for money. must visit. staff is also coperative and friendly.

Stay was pleasant and property location is fabulous and if you enjoy mountains and it’s beauty with cup of tea/coffee then this place is definitely for you. Personally in food, I liked aloo chat(appetizer) but other food were also good. Make sure you do go with your swimsuit because if you missed it then it would be hiccup later.

Being a person who regularly travels and visits amazing resorts and places, I found a lot of new gestures in The Cliff and hence I am forced to take time to review it in detail. 1. Right from the days leading to the stay, the staff was in touch with me - a gesture I have rarely seen 2. A brochure was shared that had all the nearby places to visit and a guide to reach to the resort - again a gesture that is rarely seen by hoteliers 3. About to enter the resort and you are asked to slow down with the help of signs - me being a risk averse person highly appreciated this - a not so common gesture 4. About to enter the resort and you are so warmly welcomed by the person standing on the gate 5. Rest is history - the reception staff, restaurant staff, spa staff (spa was amazing) all were exceptionally excellent 6. There were standees suggesting when is the idle time to have your breakfast - a once in my entire experience

View from room 10/10, location was easily accessible, food was good especially the breakfast spread, restaurant services were good and amenties were not as 5 star properties have. wifi had an connectivity issue, room amneties were provided for one instead of two. I would highly recommend it... it is the best place to enjoy and relax.. sometimes it is necessary to come out of your busy work life schedule and give yourself a break. The Cliff is the best place - all the rooms have amazing view, the swimming pool is temperature controlled, two restaurants and a cafe.

The hotel staff was very in experienced, we paid 30k for one night suite and we were told that gren tea at breakfast buffet was not included. The towels were so old that you could see through. Hygine was also a problem there.

Excellent cozy rooms with nice decor. amenities are good. suggest to improve illumination at the basement considering the wet floors due to the rainy season. We had breakfast at the hotel. The food was delicious and the variety was also very nice. The live counter made the breakfast even better for us.

We recently spent four days at this incredible property, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Panchgani. We didn’t feel the need to step out even once, as everything we could have wanted was right here. From spotless, cozy rooms with breathtaking valley views to a variety of entertainment options, a spa, swimming pools, game zones, and serene decks — the property truly has it all. The food was exceptional; we sampled nearly everything on the menu and especially loved the lavish breakfast spread. What made our stay even more memorable was the warm and attentive hospitality. A special thanks to Mitesh Mhatre, Faijan, Joy, Srinath, and others whose names we unfortunately missed. Their service added a personal touch to our experience. For us, whenever it’s Panchgani, it’s going to be Cliff

Amazing View. My room was 1003 experience was too good beyond expectations. Breakfast buffet was perfect plus banana chocolate milk shake was too too good! Infinity pool was with amazing. Will recommend all. Thought in-house restaurant was expensive with no dish below 500/- but breakfast buffet was perfect. View is Amazing 😍😍

Beautiful view from all rooms and location is superb. Food service is good and was remade as per our taste. Not happy with Makemytrip. So called trip secure is with third party insurance company.
