The staying experience was reckless. First of all there is no proper way to reach the property and after that there is no amenities and the property is not cleaned properly even bed sheet and pillow covers are not cleaned.

Best place to relax and cherish the mountain views

Pros - view from the balcony of hotel is just awesome, once you relax and get settled you will cherish the views from hotel balcony. Several expensive hotels will not give you such experience. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Cons - hotel is few kms outside from main road and last 5-6 km road is not very good. Just before the entry gate of hotel there is steep down road, so if you are going by car and not an expert driver visit in daytime.

Feedback- it was an amazing experience staying in the cliff house of the ridge property. The view is amazing and the best part is parking. There is ample of space for car parking. The hospitality was also the best part which was taken care of very well. Overall i will recommend everyone to visit when you are coming to bhimtal and you want to stay a little outskirts.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
