THE CLIFF REVIEW 1. We came to know about this beautiful property through CURLY TAILS…one must do subscribe for exotic locations around india 2. We had a halt an overnight halt at IBIS HINJEWADI while coming to Panchgani 3. Normally it takes 5/6 hours without halt but due to rains and leisurely we opted for break in travel 4. At the outset , THE CLIFF, is a phenomenal property overlooking the Panchgani valley view with the Doom Dam reservoir 5. I will anytime recommend Panchgani rather than crowded MAHABLESHWAR stay ! 6. Panchgani is on equi distance from WAI AND MAHABLESHWAR 7. One must do visit old temples of WAI , it’s called DAKSHIN KASHI with 96 temples and the Ganapati and Shiv temple are perhaps 300 years old! 8. One must visit the Sahyadri Boat Club which is 8km from WAI 9. THE CLIFF is exceptional property with 41 rooms and most of the rooms overlooking the Valley 10. You don’t have to visit any point to see sunrise or sunset as both can be seen from your rooms !! 11. We had booked 4 ANTHURIUM rooms at the basement level overlooking the valley with complete privacy ! 12. The other Magnolia rooms are cheaper with valley view and swimming pool but don’t have the privacy and and are not large like anthurium rooms! 13. The service is exceptional from front office ,housekeeping , restaurant with smiling faces to greet you and at your service! 14. The Zenzi bar location is at same level of the rooms with breathtaking view and exceptional talented SAGAR , the bartender!….with provision of Hooka too! 15. The food at restaurant is very good with good spread and live counters at breakfast with a fantastic service from chef AMIT ,BIRENDRA and Akshay and Gautam and Gulam Rasool 16. The GM Punit Mahajan, always smiling, is always on the round and you can spot him at front office or restaurant or the garden, offering any help you may need 17. The garden near swimming pool is AWESOME, no words to describe! 18. Swimming pool is good but had excess Chlorine content , which should be taken care of! 19. The front office desk with Priyanka and Navin can help you on your travel program too! 20. Literally , if you are at THE CLIFF, just enjoy the property , no need to visit any place of the hill station 21. The Anthurium rooms are not accessible through wheel chair and senior citizens or handicapped may avoid them! 22. The rooms walls are pretty thin , where you can listen to the other room tv and noises too! 23. The property must provide Bathrobe in all the rooms which they offer only in the suite! OVERALL, A MUST VISIT PROPERTY WITH BREATHTAKING VALLEY AND RIVER VIEW WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE LEVELS !!!!

we went on 8th July to this resort. it's not a very big resort. decent open place as the name suggest Located at the Edge of the cliff. will talk about positive & Negative. Positive: Location of the resort. Rooms are very Neat and clean as it's a new resort. Staff is very polite and helpful and very responsive towards their customer. Good size pool and spa even though I have not used it but looking at it it is maintained .Negative: There are not many activities apart of swimming & a kids play area having chess carrom and a pool table. An hour and more that's it you have to stay in the room else go out and explore. Food is way tooo expensive with very limited options in the room service. we ordered a chilli chicken which costed us ₹675 excluding taxes and including was around ₹800 which is almost the cost in 5 stars restaurant. also the Room does not justify the amenities and activities available on the place apart of the Location. highly overpriced. At the same price or adding a little you can actually get a 4-5 star ⭐ The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani easily. Breakfast timing is 8:30 to 10 am which is very limited time as all the tables were occupied at the time and it was all very crowded. we had to eat in a hurry because counters were closing. ideally all the good The Cliff by Zuper, Panchganis have timing from 7:30 to 10:30 in which one can come as per their convience. A genuine feedback to management to reduce the price in all departments as the facilities are not matching the price you are taking from customer.

This is one of the best properties in panchgani, with lovely views of the valley and dhom lake. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and come with a balcony to enjoy the lovely views from the comfort of your room. The rooms with the best unhindered views are anthurium. These rooms also are very quiet, as the noise from the two swimming pools doesn't reach there. They have two restaurants - a multi cuisine restaurant which offers indian, chinese, thai, japanese and italian options, and a resto bar that offers finger foods and provides hookah too. The breakfast spread is great too. All the The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani staff are very helpful and courteous, and promptly respond to your needs. The housekeeping staff ensure that the entire property, be it your rooms, lobby, common areas, restaurants, etc. Are kept spic and span throughout the day. This property is about 5 kms. Before mapro, if you are coming from wai, and is about 17 kms. From mahabaleshwar main market.

The location of the resort is really good on hilltop with great view of the dham lake from every room. The room size is good for anthurium and its very clean (stayed there 2 days, loved it! and we also spent 1 day at azalea and found that to be small and needing better cleaning. The services are mostly good however some things should be improved on : 1. Better early check in, people fly in from different regions and after long commute, prefer good check in experience, they put strict rule for 12pm early check (not 11, not 11. 30 not even 11. 55 ; have never seen such thing on a non festive weekday ever in any 4 stars or 5 stars. 2. No welcome drink on arrival, again never experienced that ever in domestic or international travel. Also the live music they have sometimes in restaurant during dinner, should not be at such high pitch that guest cant sit and eat peacefully. Other than this all, experience overall was good, with good food, nice property and amazing views.

Words are falling short when i want to describe my stay at the cliff. Pros - *excellent hospitality *warm welcome *staff is so co-operative *food is top notch, be it *buffet or a' la carte. *room dine is also too good. *temperature control infinity swimming pool *small play area with swings for the kids *lush greenery with one of the best views of panchgani. *very clean n beautiful property. *every room has an amazing valley view. *extremely photogenic location plus they have designed it well for great pictures. Signature spa massage is best. *special thank u to the entire team of the cliff for making our stay wonderful n memorable. Improvement needed- spa - needs aromatic candes for the fresh n relaxing mood *spa - need to put a wide tooth comb ( especially for females after shower) *bathroom are a bit small n conjusted. Suggestion- if they can include some swings on the lawn deck. If would be great.

I had been to this place last week (29th & 30th jun e 2023) and i have given this rating mainly for the view from the room and for the staff at the reception. Apart from this we have had a bad experience with the staff at the restaurant. 1) the f&b staff is not well trained and they couldn't cater to the needs of the people especially at the time of breakfast. 2) breakfast closes at 10:30 am which is too early as people come here to relax after having breakfast at around 10:30 am we asked the f&b manager (mr. Ceasar pereira) for 2 cups of coffee, he told us that the kitchen is closed and gave us 2 cups of milk and a few coffee sachets, this is so not acceptable as part of the hospitality industry and for a reputation of this The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani. 3) the toilet seat is placed at a height and they have provided small table for height adjustment, this is very inconvenient.

Excellent location with scenic view of the valley. It is right next to parsi point and the view from the room (anthurium) is just amazing and breathtaking. Hotel has all the amenities that a five star The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani can offer. Pros - scenic view of the valley from the The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani, infinity pool cons - slightly overpriced The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani has their own restaurant " the global kitchen" which offers good food and a variety of dishes on its menu and even customize as per each customers taste buds. F & b manager caesar pereira is a wonderful person and very down to earth and personally attends to the customers. Special thanks to fayaj and dheeraj and other members of their team and to the chef for making such sumptuous food each day.

Location of the property was excellent 👍. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was very yummy, order anything on the menu especially Sushi OMG super delicious. No Alcohol served inside. Food is Halal and they serve Hukkah too. However, they did not provide iron and bathrobes. Also, the pool was cold and the temperature control was not functional. It was under maintenance. We could not enter the pool. The view from the The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani was to die for. Games room and kids play area was decent. Gym was also good. Sorry did not try the spa so can't comment. If you have kids go for lower level rooms. Children can open the balcony sliders easily and there are chairs inside they could climb. Overall a good stay

Excellent stay with family. Key highlights were cleanliness, courteous staff, very good taste for breakfast and dinner and above all the valley view. It is in panchgani and around 5-6 km from mapro garden.

This The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani has great valley to all the rooms with infinity that’s the best part of this The Cliff by Zuper, Panchgani. The property is new so the rooms have best of features. We really loved our stay here

Wow. That's it's when you reach and sea view and beauty from this resort. The cliff is on cliff of sahyadri mountain range, the view of bally, mountains and river, it's just mesmerising. Hotel rooms and al other staff including room cleaning service, restaurant, reception, lobby, swimming/garden area all staff is really polite and courteous. We have enjoyed our 2 night stay. Mmt ha given great deal.

All excellent except food quality and restaurant timing for breakfast and dinner, it must be from 7. 30 -10, 30 am for bf and 8. 00 - 10. 30 pm for dinner. Charging staff welfare tax in all restaurant bill is ridiculous. The valley view from balcony is excellent.

Great resort. Modern well appointed rooms. Great staff, ever smiling and courteous always. View was perfect from the top floor where we stayed in magnolia room breakfast spread was superb in variety and taste only thing that needs to be improved is the size of wc area. Bathrooms in magnolia are small shower cubicle is of correct proportions but the wc area is cramped and claustrophobic apart from that everything was perfect
