Everything is good, hygiene and quality mattress and nice view Swimming pool is also very clean

no safety. bachelor group stayed there started fighting as they were drunk. hotel staffs did from little to no help

I have terrible experience in this stay. for this price they are not providing that experience. there are hot water problem, swimming pool is dirty, not any food options, pdf says that provide camp fire but it's not, it is very overpriced also.

This hotel does not fit to be in category which offers for their customers. First and foremost hotel was untidy, full sepages and foul smell. Room were not cleaned at all. Plz do not waste your time, money on this hotel hotel do not have their kitchen to serve food for their customers, their kitchen start from afternoon 3 pm onwards.

No breakfast and tea available in the morning.

"my experience during the stay was very bad. I stayed for two days, and the map provided by mmt was completely incorrect, leading us to the wrong location initially. This caused a significant delay in reaching the actual hotel, cloud. We had to search for the correct address on youtube to finally find the place. At night, the fan made excessive noise, disrupting our sleep on both nights. The swimming pool was extremely dirty and unusable, and all the bedsheets were stained and appeared unwashed"

We had problems with gyeser in our room and staff was not supportive.

The staff was good and helpful. Rooms were small but they were clean. there was parking issue other than that the experience was ok

Cleanliness of this property is good but service is very poor. Also they don't have any restaurant so breakfast is a big challenge specially for kids. They charge money for every small things.

Location of property is pretty good, vibe is soothing and comforting, market is nearby if you have your own vehicle. The hotel takes care of hygiene.

We were travelling as a group of 4 (2 couples). We were sort of looking for a place to stay for a night. Nothing more. But the whole experience was an absolute delight. Room were clean The bathrooms were nice. Everything was as it was described/shown on the app. Property is right next to the Highway. It has a good restaurant which serves drinks also (safe for ladies). Our host Mr. Yuvraj was very helpful with everything. Entire staff was very efficient. They cleaned the swimming pool for us at a very short notice just before we were checking out as we all wanted to take a quick dip. Overall a big thumbs up. Cheers

Good hotel at a peaceful location. Since we were arriving at midnight, we called up the reception on the way and they made sure we have no issues checking in. Services are good too. It’s on the way to trimbakeshwar and located right at the highway. We got it at a high price may be because we booked at the last time.

Room were not cleaned properl….it seemed that room were for long time….spider webs were there in washroom…mosquitos and insects were roaming freely…

I had a great experience with the cloud resort; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday.
