The Club Munnar

Overall good, and I appreciate the support from MakeMyTrip. The location is good, and the staff behavior was okay. but there is no hotel named Club Munnar; the actual hotel name is Vie Munnar.

Hotel location is excellent and view from room is amazing. Hotel staff is also very polite and helpful

The location of the property is very nice. You can see the extraordinary natural view from your room. Huge rooftop open area where you can take the taste of breakfast with a stunning morning view. The staff was very nice and supportive. Overall a wonderful experience

We couldn't reach the hotel due to landslide. We had contacted the hotel before, traveling but they told that it is safe. But before reaching the hotel itself the road was blocked due to landslide

Please provide gst bill, they can't give gst bill. So please provide. No electricity, no hot watet, no wifi

Location was really great with a perfect valley view. Room was clean. Hot water was not available at night due to some heater problems but we got in morning. Overall it was ok

Not fit for family and zero service. Only bed is provided in room. Ants are everywhere in room. Stay away from this hoyel

Had to stay two days in club munnar, very average experiance, parking is very limited and far away from the resort, had breakfast one time and felt very average, room bedsheets and towels not clean. There is no arrangements being made for morning coffee, or kettle to make hot water untill 7am in the morning, only good thing experienced is beutifull scenic view,

No hot water in room bad room service room was full of dust. Food is good, game board was bad. Had really a bad stay

Terrible stay. Never book this property. Location is remote, parking is away from hotel and uphill, you have to carry things everytime. No sign board of hotel at any nearby places. Average break fast. No hot water available in the room.

Location was good, but sign board on highway not displayed. They 3 properties in same location but club munnar board displayed at entrance of property. That too ibend. At night we had great difficulty to find out. When called at hotel they have very rude person replying the call, after 3rd call they sent their location. After knock knock we were able to find. Dinner was almost finished and of avg quality. No intercom in suite room 306 and 307. No hot water in room. Its coming only between 6 am to 8 am. That too after one bucket filled up no hot water coming in morning. Breakfast was fair enough. Spiers in our suite room. Toilet flush and hand flush not working. Light switches in suite room very far from bed. So every time one has to get up. I think i woyld rate this hotel 2. 5 out of 5 very bed exprience. Poor room service and facilities.

I have seen the room in mmt . And booked @ right time. Bcoz we got @ reasonable price. Overall experience was amazing

After 8am no hot water staff told and very deficiency to find hotel don't come after 7pm no light on parking area very very dark

Food is very expensive at rs 400 per head buffet. There were limited options: only 2 curries, rice, chapati and daal. The wifi signal didn't reach our room at all and we had to step out in the cold to get any connectivity as mobile network is poor. They have a fixed time of switching on the geyser so don't expect hot water whenever you want. But the most important point is that this place is extremely far away from munnar city. Your cab drivers will charge you a lot of money extra because of this. Be prepared to pay.

Worst rooms. It's not having any view or anything. It's the worst hotel i have ever stayed and 3500 per night is very very high for this hotel. It's worth only 2000 per night.

Horrible. No wifi, no running hot water, no running tv connection, poor location with horrible parking facility, rude staff. Think twice before booking.

Excellent stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very calm, quite and picturesque. Food was homely. A signboard in the main road will be more helpful.

Had a good stay for 2 days with friendly staff, breakfast will be good if it is south indian, like chapathi or idli. The location is the most highlight. With mind-blowing morning ambience with mist. Parking area is little above the hotel still worth the stay.

The view of the resort is simply superb. Rooms are clean and neat. But other things like food and response from receptionist is not good. At-least they should provide hot water 6 to 8 hours, but they were providing only 4 hours that is not sufficient because of the climate. I can give 2 star out of 5.
