Pro's exceptional location. Great property maintained quite well. Rooms are amazing, especially the pool cottage. The privacy is impeccable. Food is great too. Con's no phone network at all. Wifi doesn't work properly, even after there being a separate wifi for the room. Basic amenities like toothpaste and toothpaste are missing and have to be called for. Breakfast has very limited options. Only poha, bhaji and that too served after heating in a microwave. No toaster for bread. No bar available. Conclusion great location and property, missing very basic things. Not a great value for money.

“I had a wonderful experience during my birthday celebration. The property is fantastic, and the décor was beautifully arranged. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially in assisting with room decoration on very short notice. Everything was nearly perfect. The only minor improvement could be adding more variety to the buffet options, as they were somewhat limited. That said, the food was absolutely delicious—definitely deserving of five stars. Overall, the experience was excellent!"

The water heater was not of enough capacity for bath tub which was the main feature for the room. They were following up too much for check out and dining. The approach road to the resort was disastrous fully filled with water during rains. Rooms were good, they provided additional room decor at an extra cost, food was good and tasty. The manager was helpful and resourceful.

In a very surprising note for me the The Coastal Heritage By Spicy Mango resort tuned out to be well maintened and its location was so good that you can access the back of fort and beach at close proximity. I would highly recommend if someone looking for well maintained resort and to the scale of 3-4 star property, then coastal heritage is your choice.

Good property. Good restaurant. We had a pleasant stay. Could have been better if room maintenance issues can be resolved to make stay more comfortable

Stay was Superb, a Bali like vibe. We Booked Delux Room which is quite big basic amenities are there. The Road nearer to property was not good submerged with rainy water and under construction which damaged my car at bottom. As per the room charges toiletries (Soap, Shampoo etc.) was not upto the mark. The staff is good, helpful.
