This place is pure gold, placed right in the lap of nature and surrounded by greenery all around. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the place to be. Cottages are spacious and well equipped with lots of personal space like a small garden and bonfire place fenced to mark your space. Sit out with a cup of coffee out in the open and take a moment to take all the beauty in. Staff is so helpful, polite and courteous. Cook is a true wizard and food is mouth watering. Nothing fancy just pure, fresh and home like food at real reasonable price. The owner Mr. Pratham Dixit is a gem of a guy and a true enthusiast who loves nature and appreciates its beauty as is. That is the best thing about this resort, it's all about appreciating mother nature in her natural form. Can't wait to be here again. Cheers.
Serene and surreal property. Anyone longing for peace and solace look no further. Lip smacking food that is real hard to find away from home. Warm hospitality and some lovely do gross to play with. 5 star experience.

Getting to Cocoon may be a bit difficult as the network stops working as you enter Pangot. Follow Killbury road till Himalayan view The Cocoon Camps & Nature Resorts and ask for the resort address they will tell you. No network zone in resort which is perfect. Food menu is limited, but really tasty food. Cook will always prepare food as per your wish, you just have to ask them. Cottages are in great condition. Staff is really awesome. Special mention to Pratham who takes care of the resort. Some really nice places within 500 meter to visit, where you will see great mountain view, with zero crowd. Book through MMT for better discounts and rates of cottages. Visit in July-Aug, you will want to extend your stay 10 out of 10 times. Even the locals are very supportive and nice to have a chat with, and get to know their side of the mountain life. Take the cottage named Red door as it is the best cottage in the entire resort.

On our recent visit to Nainital, we stayed in The Cocoon Camps & Nature Resorts, which is located in Pangot village. It is a newly built resort which is surrounded by beautiful mountains and trees. If you're a nature lover, then it is the best place to stay. It has cottages with separate garden area and fire place. You'll get the nature view from each cottage. They offered complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. They have a separate dining area. They prepare food according to the needs of visitors and it is up to the mark. Staff members are very cooperative and polite. Services are really amazing. I loved this place and will recommend you to give it a try. Keep up the good work and all the very best.

One of the best property for a group of 4-5 people as they have rooms/cottages accommodates 4-5 people easily. Service is good. Food quality is good. Wifi is good. As these r tent/bamboo made room so your voice can easily reach to your neighbours. Our tv’s volume was little bit high in late night so our neighbour complained for that. Rest everything is good. I would highly recommend to visit this property.

A great experience, the food is delicious and staff is very courteous. Everything was provided as per our requirement and it was a comfortable stay. Location : remote, but that makes the place peaceful. Food - most of the food items were good, overall the food was good. Service - excellent.

Location is a little offbeat but you have your own vehicle, it's going to be great! a good place to stay if you are in group or big family or if you need sometime alone with your loved one! bonfire has made the night special!

It is away from city and calm and excellent stay. Food is good and tasty. Good hospitality with excellent service. Bonfire services are also available at resort
