The stay was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The location is superb. The host has arranged for cooking facility also, though we have not availed, cons. I could not notice any name board of the The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment, without that it is difficult to locate. However the host was continuously guiding me to locate the The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment. The rooms are in first floor and the stair case is a bit narrow, it might be a issue for the elderly or seek people. But the service person carried our luggage, so it was not an issue for us. Chance of improvement is there for the washroom. Major drawback i felt that there was no parking facility in the The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment, you have to park the vehicle on the road side. Except these, everything is positive about the The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment. I must mention here the name of mr. Senthil, the host. He is very very very co-operative and friendly and caring person. From the previous day of my visit he started enquiring regarding the timings and how i will be coming to chennai. He even obliged to my request of late checkout, without charging a single penny. Pleasant experiences: basic amenities like running water, electricity, wi-fi, geyser, drinking water, tv, air conditioning were all functional throughout our stay. Though some of the rooms felt small, this along with the low rent compensated for this. Walkable distance to good restaurants. Bad experiences: we found a strand of long hair on one of the pillows indicating they hadn't even changed the sheets after the previous tenant left. (they denied this initially, but later changed them. Hard to locate. Once you are at the location, you need to call the owner. There are no signs or boards anywhere. We knocked on several doors before we found the place. Rooms are allocated arbitrarily. There are small rooms that can barely fit a bed, and there is one that easily fits two. You don't get to choose. Overall a great value for money experience.

I stayed at this place for 10 days. The location of the place is at the heart of nungambakkam making it an ideal choice for business travellers, every amenities were available within a walking distance. My daily commute was hassle free which saved me enough time and energy to explore the city a bit more. The caretaker was very welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. He used to check in everyday making sure i had no problems so that my stay was comfortable. The room was well maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. I attended couple of meetings online from this place had no problems with wifi. In conclusion, it was a positive, enjoyable and a stress free visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if you've got business engagements in this area.

at first i thought like it will look like some The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartments with commercial values .but i once check in ,then i come to know that it's like our home . everyone in this The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment are very friendly and caring . kichenette is available to cook on your own as per ur wish . clean , neat , hygiene place to stay, perfect place for family and couples,. room service was good . food delivery was done by 30 mins which means it's in the hot of the city . We recently stayed at the colors inn and had a great experience. The property is well-maintained, with a functional kitchen that had basic cooking utensils, a coffee maker, induction stove and a microwave. The linens were clean and organized, and the bathroom had a geyser for hot water all the time. Wifi speed is also very good. The listing stands out because of the centre location. Shankar netralaya hardly 1km away from this location the caretaker pradeep is very polite and will cook homely dishes upon request. Big kudos to senthil who is the owner of this service apartment always available whenever you call him and guide you

I stayed here with my family. I came here fr chkup at apollo hospital and sank-qr netralaya. The hospitals are near from this The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment. The owner of this The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment is very kind well behaved. The care taker is also very good. We took our brkfst to dinners everything from this care taker who also a good cook. Every thing is good in this The Colours Inn | Rooms in an Apartment. I am very satisfied.

As usual i got a call from mr. Senthil who is the host of the property two days in advance asking me about my date of arrival, check in timings etc, just before the day of arrival i got the call from care taker and asked me about the alcheck in timing. I have some requirement for early check in that morning and they have kindly accommodate without any further charge. Property was also good and kept hygienic. Over all i like the stay and it is my second time experience with colours in. Looking forward to the next trip.

I chose the property because of the distance from the hospital and very good reviews by the previous travellers. I initially doubted the reviews, at least few of those. But the host, mr. Senthil is really welcoming. He was helpful in all possible ways. The caretaker, mr. Pradeep was helpful too. Another good thing about the property- there are many food joints near the property. The bus stand is hardly 20-30 meters.

I traveled to Chennai as a medical tourist for my treatment and the staffs were at the property so humble and caring. They were coming every time to ask me whether I had my medicine or food or not. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the basic facilities. Highly recommend the property to others.

The service specially was very impressive. Owner Mr. Sekhar was very helpful and caring as I took my father for treatment in Apollo hospital which is nearby. We could cook and the people were very friendly.
