The Competent Palace Dehradun

Everything good, especially check-in and check-out promptness and behavior. Amit Bhandari has been very courteous and helpful. Saurabh was prompt. Ms. Khasti was also prompt. Ms. Abhilasha has been equally good in checking out facilitation. Restaurant service was also excellent. Surroundings are truly plush, with excellent greenery visible in the backyard, lots of natural lighting and ventilation if you decide to open a window provided. Those who have an issue with Claustrophobia, like me, would love this The Competent Palace Dehradun! Improvement in food taste would be welcome.

I am a guest lecturer and I stayed at the The Competent Palace Dehradun overnight because of emergency accommodation required as the college guest house was not in good shape. The The Competent Palace Dehradun staff made every effort to provide me a discount and the desired room. The room was very clean although the size of the bed is small in size in length. The staff was readily available. The breakfast quality was not up to the mark based on price although the menu variety was good.

We reached the The Competent Palace Dehradun by 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon and checked out next day at about 10'o'clock. The food is good, go for A la carte the buffet is not good. The bar is amazing so is the pool side and the bar. Would love to come here again.

delicious 😋 breakfast and Dinner. good Gym and bar facility available. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this The Competent Palace Dehradun.

It was a lovely and satisfying stay at the The Competent Palace Dehradun. Well mannered, clean and always ready to assist staff. Good food and awesome restaurant staff. Just loved the stay here. Coming back again with whole family.

Basic and modern amenities, helping but slightly untrained staff, need to work on better toiletries, towels and breakfast is average. Bakery is very good. Location at Selakui is pretty off route for Mussoori or Dhanaulty tourist.

I had to stay at Selakui as my daughter had to appear in an entrance test. The The Competent Palace Dehradun is beautifully build. Has extremely well mannered and courteous staff and nice fooding and good service.

Good Hotel for business travelers. Easily connected and The only good Hotel available in The area.

Food is average. House keeping response after repeated reminders other staff is cooperative.

Overall a good stay of you are looking for an all in One Hotel. Close to The industrial estate which I was aiming for since I was there on a business trip.

Stay was ok according to price…. Few things needs to be maintained.. specially door locks… food menu needs to be upgraded… pool was good… cleanliness was good…. Staff cooperative… location

The room was stinking with smell and AC was not working properly.

Good place to stay and Worth for money. Swimming pool a bit dirty. Enjoyed food but taken time for room service.
