Great experience .. great service .. rooms are clean and nice.. safe place .. recommended for females also

dirty room, used bedsheets and towels, flush is not working toilet sheet is broken. no proper hot water everything is tribble. cockroaches are moving in bed

Stay was to attend a marriage function. It was fine except for some short comings from the Manager, that could have been easily avoided: 1. Had to ask for a towel to be provided in the room, and responded in a lukewarm way. 2. Intercom was not working, but Manager argued it is working . Didn't ask someone even to check it. I had to personally tell the room service person to check and inform the Manager, but nothing happened on 1st day. I had to express my displeasure at the reception to the Manager by saying that for a sr citizen on an emergency if to call for support what will be his reaction. He gave a card printed on it the number of the hotel. We I hesitated, one person came and checked again and foundbthe instrument not functioning. they had to replace it ultimately

Minor ac issue,

The rooms are extremely bad , no maintenance, full of cockroaches, rude manager . First night I was by the manager with a smaller room than I booked for executive room .. I am never going to stay here and recommend others to stay away from this .

For the first night I got a smaller room and it was not what I had paid for .. the rooms are not maintained, full of cockroaches, manager is rude. Locks does not work properly, sometimes you may get stuck inside toilets.

There is no hot water available..and they are charging extra money for the breakfast without intimation..

My stay at the Conclave Hotel was comfortable and pleasant overall. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easily accessible for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and maintained with decent cleanliness standards. The staff were polite and cooperative, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-house restaurant serves good-quality food, particularly the non-vegetarian options which were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service time tends to be slightly longer during busy hours. The hotel’s ambiance is calm, with a welcoming vibe that adds to the overall experience. A few areas could use improvement, especially in terms of maintenance and dessert variety on the menu. Despite that, the Conclave Hotel remains a worthy stay option offering comfort, value, and hospitality under one roof.

Taking pictures of the couples together during check-in is unacceptable and unheard of. I haven’t this policy any other place in the world till date.

location is good, no noise , claim and cool place, rooms have some smell food not available, not even tea after 10 PM and before 8:00AM

The room walls were not painted well and floor was not very clean. There was no hot water and also i had to request for toiletries as well because thoes were missing. But at 1500 I can not expect more yet I felt other are offering better service at same price

Broken toilet seat . cockroaches inside room. complimentary breakfast worst . will not recommend...

Maintenence was good, and the staff was polite. There was water problem

The food and room services were horrible. The rooms were not hygienic at all and there were cockroaches all around the room. The faucets and taps were not working properly. Felt like not worth the amount paid at all.

The bed had bedbugs in it, The toilet was not clean there was no hot water available and room service was not working had to go down 3 floors just go het hot water for showering.

The ambience is amazing the food was fantastic and staff service quick and understanding....food was excellent keep the amazing service
