The Countryside Farm and Kamshet

View is nice as shown in the photos, but stay could have been good if we had all amenities (TV screen damaged, no hot water, no free wifi, no soap, no sound speakers) as promised while booking. In addition to that it was very difficult to locate the property as there is no hoarding no sign board. Water leakage near one bedroom and had to ask caretaker to wipe off the water. In one of the bathroom water doesn’t flow and gets stored near commode.

We really enjoyed our stay. The farmhouse was clean, peaceful and had a special charm you don’t find in fancy resorts. Some of the lights need fixing. Still the natural and simple feel of the place is what made our stay memorable. If you like a raw and unpolished vibe instead of something too fancy this place is worth visiting.

Caretaker are good with good service during stay but property really needs Maintenance as it’s wooden interiors have bugs, ants , big Grass cover in lawn which needs proper cutting so it can be used , To many lizards in hall . Property is Good but No Maintenanceat all in short

Wonderful stay with quiet surroundings & exceptional home made food.... The thunderstorm & torrential rains was an added bonus during my stay... Good facilities add to the comfort & experience....

The worst ever experience I ever had in my life, the property was in worst condition. The amenities mention it has a lot of things but none of them work! ACs don’t work, we had to stay there for 2 days in summer without it. The fans are terrible too, at a very low speed! The geyser, doesn’t provide hot water at all, and was suggested by the care taker to boil water on the gas for bathing! The sofa was in such a bad condition with a lot of insects moving inside! The property had rats, moving around the whole time! There was very slow running water in the taps, few taps didn’t even had water supply in the washrooms. There was leakage in the property, so there was water on the floor. There was no such green grass garden near the property. They gave useless solutions and said we had to checkout for refund after talking to them for 3-4 hours and they expected us to relocate to different property at 8pm at night when we had no transportation available from there! After going from mumbai to lonavla for a 2day trip, there was no end moment transport to switch properties. Had a worst experience with this property . The owner was so not interested to accept, she directly mentioned that she is not in the picture.Who ever was at fault we wasted our money and I suggest no one to visit there ever! Just one plus point luckily the caretakers were good, and cooked great food.

location is good but property needs maintains light switches not working properly water pressure in bathroom is very slow even no hot water avb. in bathroom i left this property in 2 days booked for 4 days

When we went there, ac fans and some appliances were not functioning. Electricity is also an issue.

Overall good stay. Good property, cleanliness wise good, climate wise good. Some issues need to be solved like. Washroom jet spray not proper in one of the bedroom, hot water issue in one of the bedroom, coaling fan not working proper in one of the bedroom. Caretaker should give brief about the facilities at the time of checkin, which was missing, like garbage collection time, room cleanliness time. Food ordering time etc. Overall budgeted stay, good with family for couple of days, lonavala is a hour drive away, an extra toll need to pay which is pinch-able. But still if your budget is pocket friendly then you can have a look at this property. Overall good stay

I would like to rate below out of 5 property 3 - unmaintained, not kept in good condition. Ambience 5 - privacy, quiet and secluded place where you can relax. Care taker 5 - good listener, kind, humble & polite food 5 - fresh, healthy & homely meals.
