THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA

This resort has a wonderful ambiance with well maintained lawns and greenery. The staff we interacted with were well behaved and helpful. The breakfast and dinner that we had at the restaurant was good and service was very good. However, the housekeeping requires improvement. We had to change the bath towels as they were not clean. The clothes cupboard door did not close properly, the fridge cabinet door could not be opened fully, the fridge did not work, the room floor looked dirty.

The ambience was excellent and the quality of service as well as food was splendid. The rooms are well kept and the overall property is well maintained. They organised a cultural program for their boarders and provided us all high tea in the lawn without any pay. The quality of food is worth mentioning. If one is visiting Shantiniketan, they can choose this resort blindly without thinking twice.

Property was good and nicely maintained however the location is far from city center. House keeping is a problem and required too many follow ups to get things done especially on our second day of the stay. Staff at the reception can be more friendly and courteous. Na

The property was clean, modern and well equipped with great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Overall a highly recommended resort for anyone in shantiniketan.

It was a pleasant and peaceful stay at the creek resort surrounded by rustic natural surroundings the staff there was courteous and cordial. Food there was excellent. Only thing that i missed there was bengali thali. Hope they introduce that soon

The premium rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary amenities. Staff was courteous and the pool was clean. Toilet was free from clutters. Quality of food needs a little improvement else everything was fine

It is one of the best property in Shantiniketan. A well maintained pool and a beautiful garden. The restaurant is good too with a vast menu to choose from and there is also a cafe !
