THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA

This is a comparatively new property with ample space. The rooms are also quite spacious as well. Its near to the kopai river, although the river is not a sight anymore given theres no water as such, but location wise its quite near to the tourist places like the market, biswabharati etc, all you can visit by toto which are easily available at the gate of the resort. The food is also reasonable and tastes decent. The breakfast buffet spread is okayish, could do better it terms of food quality as well as crowd management. The entire stay was pleasant except the checking out system, which actually was a put off. They have this weird policy that you need to give them the room key first and then they will provide the entire bill for settlement, now this works when you dont have everyone checking out at the same time. Just for checking out it took more than 40 mins of waiting at the reception and that too you need to get your luggage out and vacant the room, so you are waiting with your bags along-with atleast 10 other guests and their families. And when this issue is brought to the notice of the person standing at reception they act nonchalant, as if they dont really care since your stay is over, they just want you to wait till eternity and pay and get the hell out of there.

The minute we entered the creek we were pleasantly surprised by their reception of us. We were greeted with lemonade and wet wipes. The rooms are majestic, and there is a lot of sunlight, they have a royal and antique vibe with lots of ambient lighting. The rooms have ample snacks, coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets with mugs and an electric kettle. And there is also a mini fridge at your disposal. There is no lack of amenities as the staff is always ready to help. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but service was immediately provided, and even after that when it wasn't fixed, they were quick to change our rooms without any hassle. The food, you must try for yourself, they have almost every cuisine. We would definitely recommend marg malai kebab. You can enjoy your leisure time swimming in the pool or lounging in your balcony and the courtyard. The ambience is serene and you will find it hard to feel like returning home. They also have a spa, which we will be sure to try next time we visit! we highly recommend this place, it is also quite near to sonajhuri haat. Do visit.

Resort is well maintained. Restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed both the dinner which was high class and the breakfast which was standard and professional. Room was maintained very well. The room was on first floor no 209 & a corner room opening to the rear side of the resort. Not a great sight outside - though this can’t be helped as the other property is not resort property. However the waste room is just below room 209 and the waste bags were just kept outside in the corridor, which was not a good sight. Resort needs to more professional in these aspects. The outside view from balcony was almost nil as the bamboo tree completely shut down the resort view. Needs to be properly shaped which has been overlooked. Temperature control switches in room needs an upgrade for more temperature setting options. We had a good stay overall.

We are just back from ‘the creek’;it had been an excellent experience and we had an extremely pleasant stay at the creek boutique resort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean annd meticulously maintained with all modern amenities and the swimming pool was extremely well maintained and sanitised. The picturesque beautification of the entire property is commendable. Staff response and courteousness is appreciable. The icing on the cake was the variety and the quality of food available-from local to global cuisine. This place is highly recommended for family travellers and for corporate booking.

We stayed in the resort from 7/11 to 9/11/23. This resort is awesome! the location is good. The ambiance, cleanliness, decoration, room space, food, service, staff behaviour, everything is very satisfactory. The only odd faced by us is the suit airconditioner's damp odour. Though the service staff tried their best by providing 2/3 defuse r sachet but that was a temporary solution. The management is requested to take positive action to solve the problem permanently. Another point of concern is that we have found no barbeque, spa & bonfire arrangement anywhere. All other things are flawless.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA. Everything about the THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property is well maintained and the staffs are very helpful. The THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA has an additional parking place which helps to accommodate a lot of vehicle during heavy rush. The complimentary breakfast was quite lavish and it had a options of South Indian dishes plus you could ask them to make something specially for your taste buds. Moreover it was tasty. The pool was also good and apart from that you have option of Gym and Games to keep you hooked in the THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA 😄

A very premium place to stay in shantiniketan. The ambiance is superb the rooms are well lit and are spacious. The pool area is clean. They have taken care in maintaining the property and is squeaky clean. The food is good and they do have a variety of cuisines to choose from. We had ordered golden fried prawns which were too yum. The staff of the resort are also quite obliged. The only flipsyde was the breakfast which was below average compared to their ala carte menu.

The resort and rooms were picture perfect. we were welcome by courteous staff at the THE CREEK BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA.. rooms, lawn, pool, food all deserves 5 ⭐

I recently stayed at the creek and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

The accommodation is good and the food even better. Pocket friendly food. Staff are courteous and helpful. Weekends are crowded but weekdays should be more enjoyable.
