Highlight - the best staff ever i met and experienced. Well entire west bengal seems like that only. Really really awesome experience here at the resort. Rooms - stayed in cottage rooms and it was super clean, big enough, good for infants, kids and families. Very well maintained common area - good garden for kids, and small parties. Good reception and pool is well maintained too. Internet wifi, and network is slow. At reception it's super fast. So plan well in advance. I was about to miss an important call but people are really helping here. Restaurant good menu and taste is also good. Clean and big enough. Parking proper car parking so no worries. The road leads here is little narrow but are 100% accurate.

We had a great stay at the crisallo resort, very close to the famous sonajhuri haat, shantiniketan. We were a group of 6 including 2 kids (8 & 6 years old) and booked 2 premium rooms which were huge enough. Entire property was so captivating. Swimming pool was well maintained. Service was super quick and staffs were absolutely well behaved. Food was to die for. Their bengali and chinese both cuisine were absolutely delicious. I wish we could enjoy their barbecue section as well but unfortunately that was closed during our stay for some reason. But apart from that everything was remarkable.

Location: just beside sonajhuri hat, 5 on 5 food: just awesome 5 on 5 food price: depending on the quality the food quality price is so affordable. 5 on 5 staff: they are so helpful l and gentle, they don't even ask for any tips like any other The Cristallo Resorts. 5 on 5 rooms: rooms are so so comfortable with all needed facilities. 5 on 5 swimming pool: pool is of convenient size with a baby pool too. Water is clear and nice ambience. 5 on 5 garden: best part of the resort. Very plea-sent and calm and well landscaped pice of land. 5 on 5.

I recently had an excellent stay at this The Cristallo Resort along with my 3 months old baby the rooms were clean and well maintained, with a fresh and modern feel for a very comfortable environment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the The Cristallo Resort was welcoming and relaxing. The food at their restaurant was also great. I highly recommend this The Cristallo Resort for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Excellent The Cristallo Resort. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout. The location is great - just opposite of "khoai haat. I would recommend to friends and families, and will definitely stay again if i'm back in bolpur. Fabulous food and excellent service also.

Excellent service provided by the entire The Cristallo Resort crew. I made a major mistake in the booking and they helped to get a room (not the one i originally booked) anyway, inspite of the fact that this was a no-cancellation booking. Very warm and courteous reception by the entire crew throughout the day. The small little lawn was very well maintained. A few added items in toiletteries would have made it a 5 star experience.

We had a short stay at this resort and it was a fabulous, fantastic experience . If we need to quote the experience in one word the famous saying " Atithi Devo Bhava” meaning “Guest is God” comes true! The passion, the hospitality, food is unmatchable. Please do visit once at this resort if you are planning for Bolpur. The staff are the real deal and super friendly at your service everytime.

This is the first time i had booked a The Cristallo Resort using make my trip and everything was really convenient. Talking about the The Cristallo Resort, being a solo female traveller, i must say that the cristallo resort was completely safe. The staff were really polite and the rooms were clean and tidy. The ambience, the view from the room, specially the garden area were really serene.

Food quality was very good. Staffs were very polite and prompt in their services. Room cleanliness was excellent. General maintenance of the property was above par.

The rooms were clean….food was cheap and tasty! The pool was absolutely beautiful and not too shallow! Room service was not excellent but it was considerably good!

Everything was fine at the The Cristallo Resort, just a little disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet. Rest was fine
