Switched my The Crown, Bhubaneswar - IHCL SeleQtions at the last minute and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. The crown is the perfect place to stay while exploring odisha. Excellent hospitality, great rooms, good food, good location - an all rounder The Crown, Bhubaneswar - IHCL SeleQtions. Minor con- there are only 2 lifts and the rooms were a bit far from them. Special thanks to yashi, ankokla, priya. A big thank you to the entire crown team for making this trip a truly memorable one. Keep up the excellent work. Looking forward to my next visit !

1. Location is very nice and the venue itself is stunning in daylight and at night. Nice pool, where you can chill, stunning design of the interiors 2. The service is absolutely impeccable. Even if something goes wrong (It’s India, sometimes things can go wrong), the staff is very professional and they go out of their way to fix things and to do something complementary for you. They are masters of turning negative experience into extremely positive. Super well-trained, professional, and very kind as well.

The food was delicious, the buffet breakfast had a wide range of dishes . All amenities were amazing. excellent service. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The room was big ( executive suite) and very neat and clean. I was very satisfied.

It was an amazing stay in the The Crown, Bhubaneswar - IHCL SeleQtions not only because of the property, but also due to the staff as the staff was most courteous and cooperative staff that we have experienced. The breakfast had wide range, including the lunch and dinner. The rooms were spic-n-span clean and was very comfortable.

Excellent house keeping and room was quiet neat and suitable for business trip holders and their staff support was too good. The welcome was so good the checkin was so smooth rooms are so spacious and equipped every details n of course the food. Was fantastic the charm of the old era with luxury is so beautiful at this place the divinity of lord jagannath ji is so divine at the reception. Overall i am so fascinated by this place

Location and amenities are excellent. View from room was very poor despite the prominent advertisement of so much of acres sprawling area. Expected the food options to be better. Had to go through too much of crowd due to ongoing marriage function.

Fabulous uogradation of the property, now that it is run by ihcl. Clean room, good vibes from the staff. Great addition to thr city which regularly runs out of business grade rooms for short stays.

Stay was comfortable. Food varieties & quality is excellent. The swimming pool is very clean. Overall a very nice experience.

The place was awesome. Hospitality at the best. Especially yashi, suraj, and shamika at the reception.

Booked for 2 night stay in Executive suite. The room was very nice, neat and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
