I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff behaviour was extremely polite and helpful — they were always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with multiple fresh options. Location bhi perfect tha, nearby shops and transport ki easy accessibility ke saath. Overall, comfort, cleanliness aur hospitality sab kuch top-class tha. Definitely worth the stay. Highly recommended!

Please no one ever choose this stay, the room is horrible. Rooms are shabby and I can’t even talk about bathroom, there is no hot water in chilling cold at night. Bed sheet had many stains and small cockroaches were roaming around the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Karol Bagh Metro Station. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front office staff (sorry, I forgot his name) was extremely polite and professional. Special thanks to Baban from Room Service — he was excellent and helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The food and service were both top-notch. Overall, it’s one of the best places to stay in Karol Bagh — great location, great hospitality, and great value for money!
