The Hotel is not a just The Damodar Retreat, it is a resort. It comprises of Swimming pool, well-furnished garden. The room is big. The bathroom is large, may be more than 100 Sq feet. The bathroom fittings are new costly. The room has attached balcony from where we enjoyed the pleasant view of the Garden. Food was marvelous and homely. It was tasty but not so much oily and spicy. The Hotel manager and attendants are very cooperative.

The damodar retreat resort is at 2 and half hour drive-distance from kolkata. We enjoyed spacious campus with big trees, flower and vegetable gardens, lawns and swimming pool. We are served with good standard foods well served by caring staffs. There is provision of good open dining facilities.

Its a perfect place for relaxing and chilling in the nature lap. Its so peaceful that one can meditate here. Everything is just super good.
My stay comprises a lot of nature aroma here, lots of plantations, lots of fruits and fresh vegetables and a very clean environment.

My stay was excellent, while arriving check in was very smooth and quick, no issue food was really so nice, really loved them room was very nice, i liked that very much ambience and beauty of the The Damodar Retreat was so nice overall experience is very good

Will recommend for family vacation. Spacious rooms, wash rooms and ambient was extremely good. Courteous behavior of front desk staff sri saha and manager shri chowni saab is worth mentioning. They guided and coordinated our durgapur tour.

Very pleasant stay with you. Food is value for money. Privecy as well as hospitality well accepted. TV and toiletries are not up to the mark. Cleanness should be taken care. I will visit again.
