The Deccan Royaale

Location is very good. On the main road. Car parking is available with valet. Guest can visit in the room. Cleanliness is very good. Toilets are clean. Hot water available only in day time. It would be better if becomes 24*7. Room service is fast. They can prepare food for baby also on request as we did. But the room ac needs remote as wall switch is too tight to change temperature. Intercom was not working, but they exchanged it on request. There was one closed door between our room 207 and next room 208, for which we had to bear with noise from that room in night time. We never experienced this in any other The Deccan Royaale. Breakfast menu needs change. Variety should be more and a live kitchen is must. Overall good for short stay in pune.

The The Deccan Royaale and rooms are quite decent. The locality is really nice. The receptionist was really rude. She was not at all polite. When we reached there and asked for room she directly said that the rooms are not available whereas after 5-10 mins when i checked rooms were available. Maybe she purposely made the room unavailable. No idea. But when we booked and went there. I asked her that rooms were available right. ? so why did u say it's full? she said they might be some kind of cancellation but i didn't find it convincing. However, the room service and all was great.

Hotel was good, unfortunately, my experience at the The Deccan Royaale was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. Not only were they dismissive and rude, but they also seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Their lack of hospitality left a lasting negative impression on what could have been an enjoyable stay.

The rooms were small and the front office team was finding it difficult to smile. I was very uncomfortable answering them. The restaurant on the first floor was good. They always park a car right in front of the entrance which makes it difficult for us to go out and come inside especially during the rain

Welcome was decent with polite staff members. The room i booked was very nice with good ambiance. The food was also good. I ordered a pizza, soup and some starter. All items were really tasty. Overall staff and housekeeping was also good. A really good place to stay.

Location very g ood easy to drive near by office, near by hospital clinic and medicals, stores for purchase, food street. Food here was good happy hours extended. Ambience and coverage was well with good gestures and respect. All good a look a like home.
