The Den Bengaluru

I stayed at the den for 6 nights early may, 2022. The The Den Bengaluru is located at a good location right on the main whitefield road, opposite to forum Shantiniketan mall. Below is my experience. Pros : 1) spacious and clean room. I took the corner room and it has a good viewing angle. 2) staff is polite and courteous. They are always eager to help. 3) has all the relevant amenities which you would expect at a prime The Den Bengaluru. Cons:1) the biggest issue you will face as a border is if there is a party/event going on in the lobby. On my first day of stay, there was a large private party and the lobby/restaurant was chockablock with close to 100+ people. It was utter chaos, and i did not find a table to have my dinner for a long time. Also, the food was absolutely pathetic that day and i felt really short-changed after paying 1) for the dinner. However, food improved from next day when there was no event. 2) i had a persistent issue with the thermostat in my room on the second day. Technician came twice and could not resolve the issue. Eventually they had my room changed at 11 in the night. 3) buffet spread can definitely improve. For a meal costing you close to 2000 bucks, you should expect a better spread. Mostly the items would be repetitive and restricted to chicken and fish for non-veg. Live counter only offers pizza and pasta. Overall a decent place to stay but management needs to down on these isssues for a better customer experience.

The facilities provided here are super good ! the rooms here are vibrant and have a bath tub but no jet spray, if you want a jet spray they rooms are on higher floors and they charge you extra for that ! the buffet system isn't good, i felt like they serve stale food and i almost puked twice after the dinner i had there. (surely, this case isn't with everyone. Next, i could understand There are foreigners who book their stay here, they are served super quickly also the staff at the restaurant (the creek) would just stare at you and persistently ask you if you are staying with them? (i don't think it's wrong, but there's always an approach as to how you ask. I was asked twice whether i am staying with them or not ? also, once you are done with your food there are waiters/waitresses who'd come running for the bill I guess showing dollars, faking some accent and acting like a foreigner would make them serve you and treat you faster ! after the incident we did speak with the manager, he was really decent and heard us out but you can't erase the way you made your customers feel ! all around, the stay was good and lavish! the place has its own swimming pool, spa, gym and sauna ! i really enjoyed my stay at the den !

Being an Indian, our first preference is always to choose a TAJ/VIVANTA/OBEROI/ LEELA/SHERATON/MARIOTT property when it comes to a 5 star stay. But THE DEN changed it all for us. Firstly, the great hospitality that they provide with sumptuous Mediterranean cuisines, to delicious homestyle North Indian food, to expert and professional spa services, everything was of top notch. We stayed for a week with a family of 5 people and we loved spending every moment here. It had actually become our home. With so much warmth, brilliant services, perfect location, safe, hygienic, clean rooms with a 360 view and the aromatic coffee from the espresso machine. Everything was just perfect!!! My special thanks to Amit, Pujan Pujan, Chandrika, all other staff whose name I don't know, all housekeeping staff, all staff of THE CREEK restaurant, all security staff and front office staff, especially the tall beautiful lady who stands whole day just to open the door and greet you. Everything was wonderful and pleasant about this place. My go to place in Bangalore every time I visit. Thanks guys. Kudos to you. Had stayed here around christmas 2020 for a couple of days for a staycation. The stay was pretty much perfect. The hospitality was great. Check in process was completed in the room and was smooth. Everyone was wearing masks. I believe they had sanitized the place as well. The view from the room was amazing! they have those ceiling to floor windows so if you're on a higher floor, you're in for a treat! rooms otherwise are great too. The restaurant has good food usually. We had been there for dinner to at a couple of earlier instances. Didn't try out the spa this time around but would love to probably the next time we come here. Unfortunately, i don't remember the lady's name who helped us with the checkin and got us a good room and made sure we were comfortable. But from the looks of it, everyone was quite sweet in general. Would love to come and chill again! think the rooms are best enjoyed doing nothing with a glass of wine in your hand!

First of all thank you the den bangalore for such an amazing experience. You guys have been so hospitable, caring, sweet, secure, kind. The list goes on. We were here for 4days and from day 1 to the end you have been just amazing. The staff was extra careful and sweet. Starting from receptionists, room service parvin nadaf, abhishek, devender. Managers, duty managers, chefs, waiters at lay-la were very humble and sweet to name some pradeep, chiranjivi, alok, arindam many more are extremely good. We had amazing stay and the only problem was with set veg menu which was not a good deal as we not aware until we checked in as we are not used to veg food and had limited options. Apart from that everything was amazingggg at the den. I cant thank you enough for the beautiful experience you have provided us. See you sometime soon. Have a good day.

I recently had The opportunity to stay at The Den. Must appreciate The staff s behaviour and The hygiene maintained at The The Den Bengaluru. From The screening of The baggage to sanitizing The luggage everything was in place. We were also checked for temperature. Only improvement I See is we had to press The lift buttons which if possible could be configured so that we can use our feet to operate or place sanitisers in The lift so that can be used post pressing The buttons. Rooms were sanitised and cleaned before The arrival. Layla The rooftop restaurant was open and The hygiene factors were well maintained there too. The one time disposable menu was a good thought. The food options are limited but taste was really good. We enjoyed The overall stay. Breakfast options could be improved.

Great stay at the den as usual. We just love this place and make it a regular event to just go there and get pampered. The staff there is very helpful and courteous and go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable, relaxed and happy. The restaurants there are extremely good. Wonderful spread, very tasty food and again lovely service. The rooms are very modern and among the most spacious we have stayed in. Very well-maintained, neat and great accessories as well. One unique thing about the den is their theatre and games room. I become a child and just end up spending hours in the games room, either playing video games or board games. This The Den Bengaluru never lets us down. That's all

Stay was very nice. Hotel looks very premium, and the breakfast/dinner buffet was very delicious. Expecting a little more southindian dishes. Otherwise, food was super. Very much visible that The Den Bengaluru functions are very well organized. One observation is about the washroom. There is no privacy, especially when you are with family and kids. I suggest if there is an option to put the curtain front inside. Also, toilet jet spray was not there. May be you can appreciate this as an international standard, but with family and kids, very necessary required standard acres in indian The Den Bengalurus. Otherwise, good hospitality overall.

Located very close to itpl, this The Den Bengaluru is an ideal location for any traveler working in the it sector. There are two malls (ascendas park and nexus) in close proximity to the building, just a few meters walk, becomes ideal if you’re ever bored or want to grab a movie. Great locality and well kept The Den Bengaluru.

We had taken a east facing corner room, and the large windows, views were gorgeous - even though it's a city The Den Bengaluru. Ms salonika and ms khushi were wonderful hosts. Although really wish they'd given us a higher floor, else no complaints! totally recommend.

The The Den Bengaluru is one of a kind in Bangalore. They belong to Dan chain of The Den Bengalurus, Israel. It's their first The Den Bengaluru in India. The The Den Bengaluru is very beautiful with a lot of outdoor spaces. They have spacious rooms, playhouse for children and adults which has gaming consoles, carrom, snooker and home theater, spa, swimming pool, gym and much more. It's a 20-storey building and the view from the top is amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the The Den Bengaluru.

Everything was well maintained and clean. The The Den Bengaluru staffs were absolutely wonderful always cheerful and very helpful, going that extra mile to help make our stay a memorable one

Except location (white field), it's all brilliant new property, spacious rooms, great hospitality, prompt services, good food

Food should have been better

Covid protocols were followed all the while. Staff was always with masks. There were sanitizers available at regular intervals. Overall, a safe place to stay.
