The Divan

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at The Divan. The location was convenient yet peaceful, offering the perfect balance. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The amenities, especially the comfortable rooms and well-maintained facilities, made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the amazing service—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel welcome. Overall, The Divan provided a memorable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

"My stay at the Hotel was comfortable, and the room was good. However, the food services need improvement. I also had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. The communication during check-in was unclear, which caused confusion that was only addressed during check-out. Improving the reception team's coordination and communication process would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and help attract more guests."

The location is perfect and very close to iskcon temple and the middle of the nayapalli area of bhubaneswar. Hotel restaurant is good enough for this type of The Divan. For medium budget stay, this The Divan is excellent with all necessary amenities ac, geyser, smart tv, electric kettle, study table & chair etc. Services was very prompt on call or demand and staff were courteous.

It is a good The Divan. Staff was cooperative. Room was clean and had all the amenities. Food is good. Room service is good.

Food excellent. Room also excellent as well as service. Only demerit is very often i find unclean bedsheets in the side of the passages. It is too nasty and irritating.

Good room and service also the attendant are also good very good bathroom and lift also available with total authority

Staffs are quite helpful and attentive. Food was tasty. Dining area is nice. Room was a bit small for 2 adult and 1 kid.

Stay was good. Location also fine as i needed it close to the stadium. But could get breakfast only for one day as they mentioned breakfast would start at 7. 30 but were late in service. Had to order my own breakfast.
