The Dolphin Park Hotel

There were so many cockroaches in the room. The commode was broken. The room was way too small. I am not going to this hotel next time. Poor experience.

1 Room is not clean, fecilities are very no proper response from reception

Room was very old. Lots of instects where there in room. Also AC was not working properly. To make things worse no landline was there in room so we can't contact reception. Even lift was not good.

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, the room condition was not good, and the door lock was damaged. The bathroom facilities and door were also in bad condition, and I even found cockroaches in the room. Overall, it did not feel worth the money. Please take the necessary steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance.

The hotel was worst , they did not give any facility , the room was worst with no amenities , there was no housekeeping staff available, rooms were dirty filled with cockroaches, blankets were dirty. Not safe for women’s travelling alone. Horrible experience of my life.

The hotel was good and okay but the fan sounds and ac sound disturbed us and there we cockroaches too other than that it was a nice stay

Hospitality was awesome. Check in process was hassle-free and it's truly couple friendly. Nothing except IDs were asked. Families with kids were also staying. Breakfast was awesome which was Home made food with very good quality and sufficient quantity. Special kudos for food. Service was available almost all time with customer- friendly approach and got good coffee etc. from outside when requested. Rooms were clean and tidy. All appliances like window AC, Geyser, TV etc was good and in working condition; bed was very good, with clean matress 2 pillows and 2 side pillows, Table, chair and cupboards were also present. Additional cutlery requested were provided with ease. Overall a very comfortable stay and customer friendly, clean environment.

Property is poorly managed. Rooms are not worthy of a stay. No food available there. No proper regular house keeping, unless we ask for. Bed, linen and towel are in very bad shape. Looks like some renovation is happening. No Hot water and TV in one of our rooms

There were cockroaches in the room also in the bathroom Their management is very poor Blankets and bedsheets were also dirty when we said to change they brought another dirty blanket and bedsheets

property is well managed with polit staff. cleaning and house keeping with new lenin should be appreciated

Drinking water provided 1ltr per day for couples, charges applied for extra waterbottle. noteven kept normal water also.construction work s going in nearby rooms, lot of disturbance in daytime.

Room is not clean including bed spread, towel. It looked like a hostel. Not hotel and i am not sure how it is considered as 3 star hotel in google

Very very bad rooms, room not cleaned and washroom also. Room bad smell, cockroach smell heavy. Totally very very bad property. Very poor service, lift not worked.

I stayed in a King Executive Room at the [Dolphin park] from [31 -dec] to [01-jan]. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. I especially liked the [ view from balcony]. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Polite and non disturbing staff. Only minus was the lack of cutlery ( they didn’t provide enough glasses )

Good staff and management are very good characters to handle customers breakfast is also very good.
