I came at 9 o'clock am I booked shared room for two person while I entered in room I was shocked how could any hotel staff accommodate me in such a dirty room, room was dirty and messy bathroom was also dirty I can't even freshened up there. In writing this for travelers as well as for hotel management please think little bit about your customer then only they will think about you.

Guest booked single ac Dorm bed. While checking in he preferred a private room over a Dorm bed but didn't want to pay The difference for The same. We are sorry that we cant meet such expectations.

Worst stay

Not at all recommend for anyone specially girls. No one knows how to behave with girls. Inhuman staff, poor maintenance, unhygienic beds and lots more to say.

Ms.Nupur, you have stayed many times with us and even rated us 4 star right here on this website.. We are surprised that you find us inhuman, poorly maintained and unhygienic but still kept coming back to stay with us. You can't book a Male Dorm just because that is cheaper and expect us to accommodate you in a private room at same cost as all female dorms were occupied. We appreciate genuine guests only and not people who throw tantrums with no mannerisms. Genuine feedback and criticism is appreciated and welcomed as it helps us get better and serve better. We may not be the best at everything we do, but in our category of budget hotel rooms and dormitory, we are the biggest and the best, both in terms of budget and hygiene. However, we find that some guests have unrealistic expectations and use reviewing as a mechanism to get even when they can't get their way.

I will never ever book this place again. It was The worst experience ever. I happened to read The bad reviews left by customers on Google only after staying there, and looking at The comments made by The hotel, it makes it very clear to stay away from this place. People were drinking, smoking, etc. And it's probably one of The most unsafe locations for women.

Guest booked a single bed in ac Dorm. We did not extend The guest stay with us for excessive drinking and arguments with other guests. We host and serve National and foreign guests and cant afford to jeopardise our reputation, so did not extent The guest stay. We have a no tolerance policy for guests picking up fights with our repeated Long term guests.

It is not worth for what we pay

There is no attach bathroom. Lift was not working and I need to take stairs for 5th floor.

The room you opted for was a standard twin room which is opted by people on a budget. Do try our superior twin Ensuite which has an enclosed bathroom. We promise that we will make it up to you and ensure that you have a better experience with us next time.

Dormitory facility for those looking for a cheap stay in Bombay. Its really Worth it as it is in a clean and Silent part of Bombay. You will be away from all the buzzing and honking of City life. You will definitely have a pleasant sleep at night.
Pleasant stay throughout. Adequate bed space, spacious bathroom, no nuisance at all. Locker room facility is available so no tension of going out of the room.
