The Elanza Hotel

Excellent Hotel at prime location, Richmond Town, at Bengaluru. Staff has been very friendly and provided the requirements without any prompting. Mr. Felix at Elanza Cafe took extra care of guests. The morning complimentary buffet breakfast, though limited items, was of excellent quality and taste. Egg items were provided with perfection, the way you required them, either Omlette or half fried or scrambled. Enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with coffee/tea maker kettle. Room Service was prompt. It was a delightful stay for 5 days for the family. Mostly stay at Elanza on next visit to Bengaluru, unless the purpose of visit and location of function demands otherwise.😇

Hotel location is awesome. The The Elanza Hotel by itself is small in size and rooms are also cramped. But thr cleanliness of the rooms are well kept. Very obedient staff. Thr suite room, where i stayed is pretty comfortable, with 1 living room and bedroom. Though it's not very big, but sufficient for a family of 3. The bathrooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is not upto the mark and needs to improve a lot. The water served in the rooms are aquafina bottles and keeps it to meet thr hygiene standards. Except for food, the rest of the things are well groomed.

The Elanza The Elanza Hotel for staying was good , i had a stay of 3 nights it was a business trip . After a busy and hectic day a very good sleep is a must exactly I got during my stay at Elanza . Morning breakfast was good with lots of options FLEX & the other guy in the cafe during morning breakfast were very polite and very professional , even the night security guard was very sweet. Would like to stay again in the same The Elanza Hotel for sure .👍

This is my 6th time stay in The Elanza. Every time I have experienced the best staying experience. All the staff are amazing and very kind and helpful nature. This is what The Elanza the best place to o stay in Bangalore. Mr Felix at dining is excellent. Reception counter guys are too good. Even the security at the gate are berry kind. Guys your work dedication is just superb. Thanks you all for making my stay wonderful 🥰😍👍🏻

The room switches are touch based, they are not visible in dark 2. Rates are slightly on higher side ; competitors in the same area offer slightly better rates. Overall, very good choice. I will visit again for business trip.

Place was clean. Linens were clean too but it could have been better. My 4 rating is for hygiene and for cooperative staff. Free breakfast is of not use as the food is terrible. The only saving grace is that they allow zomato and swiggy and give you cutlery for the same.

Hotel elanza offers an ideal location close to my corporate office, providing convenience. The spacious room added comfort to my stay. However, the breakfast buffet had a limited choice, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Location is good, but they don't have proper management, no one bother who is coming who is going, washroom was leaky, tv was not working, they didn't have temperature check devices. Overall it was okay experience for me and my colleague.

Good location near to my office with all the required amnesties. Hence it is my preferred place whenever i visit bangalore
