The Elephant Court

Variety and tasteful breakfast. Very near to bamboo rafting and boating points. Good swimming pool. Good external ambiance and interiors too. Few small things need to be improved. Not provided toothpaste on day first with dental kit. One lash of balcony door was broken though another lash was in place. Glasses on the dinner table were smelling terribly. Another set provided also had same problem. No library. Gym and children play area is good. Can also org-anise marriage function with all adequate facilities. A big bird cage with love birds. Common toilet areas near restaurant needs to be maintained better as mosquitoes and flies are there. North indian food needs to be improved with more spices to be added and better and different gravy needs to be prepared. Exhaust fan of bathroom was making noise. Staff behaviour and service is good. Spa is too costly. Should reduce the price and also increase timings.

We stayed at elephant court for two days. The location of the property is easy to find very near to market area, though could have been bit outside the city limits. The property is very well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat. We stayed in the patio room with garden view. Felt very good to relax in the balcony sipping hot chai. The breakfast spread was very vast and different both the days. Was yummy. The main attraction is the pool which was very clean well maintained. Our 6 yr old enjoyed thoroughly in the baby pool. Great hospitality. Pros : awesome pool. Good food. Clean rooms. Cons : lack of play area for grown up kids. There s only a small area for toddlers. The elephant court is a very good The Elephant Court rather than a resort. The property is not huge and doesn't have great views.

Resort was full of greenery and quiet. Pool was well maintained and the private pool was also nice. Food was delicious. Resort crew was very good. Excellent service. Gym and kids play area are well maintained. Evening complimentary snacks and tea was great. They made all of our milk orders as complimentary since it was for our 1 yr old baby. Nice gesture. Location is not that great. You won’t get any mountain or valley view. I felt a bit expensive overall (they claim it as 5 star resort) no bar available. Most of the rooms are located very deep down the resort. You have to step down quiet a lot to reach the room. Very hard for elderly. Better inform and opt for other rooms in advance.

We stayed in pool studio room and it was very spacious, neat and luxurious. The indoor pool was very big and amazing though it doesn't have temp control so we couldn't use it most of the time. The staff were friendly and attentive. The ambience was very serence and peaceful. Indoor games are good but they can have more games. Outdoor pool was also beautiful and fun. Food was very tasty and morn buffet options were excellent and delicious. The spa was surely a place for relaxation. Overall we enjoyed a lot and will definitely visit again

We enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff on all 4 days of our stay here! captain pran, arjun, rahul and the others, went out of their way to ensure that our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was beautiful, well maintained and clean. We enjoyed ourselves to the fullest, especially in the indoor pool with the jacuzzi ! the variety of the food spread was well thought of. Our individual requirements were attended to immediately by the staff. The check-in and check-out was very efficiently handled.

While The property is well maintained with adequate staff appointed, The food is really bad. Most of their dishes lack Salt and other basic flavors too. However, they are able to accommodate specific requests we make for baby food. But The baseline is that, for The pricing they quote, The taste of The food that they offer is at The worst. Also, they take about 1 hour to just serve an order of watermelon juice. This is a big turn down as we ended spending most of the time waiting around for food.

It was a wonderful experience at The Elephant Court. We got a call to check what time we were arriving so that they could keep the room ready. We got a welcome drink and a teeka on forehead. Great gesture. Luggage was quickly sent to the room. A lady ushered us to the room and explained all the facilities at the The Elephant Court. Room was very plush with wooden panels, ceiling and fixtures. Gave feeling of good design and taste. Food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

The The Elephant Court is beautiful and staff is very good. This is the best The Elephant Court. Food was yummy and service was awesome. The check in and check out was very smooth. They welcomed with tika and aarti which felt really great followed by welcome drink. I loved the staff.

Room was so not up to my expectations. They claim it's 5 Star property but in my opinion, it's not even 3 Star property. Food was average, Hospitality was good.

Stayed here for two days, food was fantabulous. It is not big of a resort but had decent space for strolling, pool was small but clean. Rooms and washroom had good layout, sitting space and view from the balcony was fantastic. There wasn't much of a activity options available, Overall, I would rate the The Elephant Court as 8 out of 10.

Over all it was an excellent stay. Staff behavior was nice, food quality was very good. We took pool studio. We highly recommend this

After busy work schedule and covid times, we as a couple wants to find the new chemistry in our decade old marital life. The elegance & privacy of pool suite with excellent ambience and food in the resort made our day so much worthwhile for our lifetime.
