The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa

We stayed at the property for 2 nights in the first week of june. With the onset of monsoon in the mountains, elgin gives the best hospitality and the amazing view of the peak (if one is lucky. The rooms are well maintained and with proper amenities. For senior citizens, it is advised not to opt for the new cottages or buildings since it is spread out and the walk is quite steep to the dining. Room service is available, though. Suggestion : arrange for battery operated car for movement and convenience. We visited at the onset of monsoon hence there were plenty of insects, wild spiders, leeches in and around which was a little uncomfortable. Thanks to all the staff for their services and making our stay memorable.

This was one of the most beautiful heritage property i have stayed in since a long time. It’s right on top of the mountain, with a white decor laced in luxury. This was the last sikkim maharajas property, now converted in a The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa managed by oberois. The rooms are a bit compact due to lots of furniture, however the luxury of it takes care of that. The service is very elegant and staff very courteous. If in pelling don’t miss staying here for a couple of days. Pretty close to the main pelling market too.

Beautiful location and wonderful views of kanchenjung. We got a premium room. The bed was very comfortable and one could see the mountain from the bed. There was a wonderful balcony also. Cookies were served everyday in the room. The only thing lacking was the north indian food items and lack of non veg options. The indian chinese was good. I think the chef for north indian and south indian food needs to improve a little. The service staff is very courteous and efficient.

We went in off-season and it was a pleasant experience. The The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa still contains the old charm of the vintage The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spas. The staff is cordial but don’t expect the same service provided by other 4 star or 5 star modern chains. The view of k2 is beautiful and is not over hyped, it is worth it.

It's a heritage property and has great ambience. Rooms were spacious. They had wooden flooring, floor mat was there it was little slippery. They said they will look into it. Staff was courteous and even obliged with some dishes not in the buffet. View of kanchenchunga was breathtaking thanks to the weather. Monastery is at walkable distance

Location is great, food was nice and even people were good but there are some details which need to be addressed by the The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa. That fine tuning is missing!

The property is very good with great staff. The location is exceptional with scenic views. The cottages are extremely great and well maintained.

It is beautiful property which gives us a real treat to eyes. Surrounded amid-st mountain all over with goog view was another charm. Having good family time there. Small celebration done for my hubby' birthday and staff was so cooperative. Only thing is dinning hall needs to be little big.

Nice The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa. We stayed at premium cottages which are good in size with balcony. Good view of kanchenjunga from the balcony. Only issue is that you have to walk a lot to reach to restaurant and lobby. May be difficult for elderly people.

Among-st the best The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spas i have stayed in. The location is amazing and the views from the The Elgin Mount Pandim - Heritage Resort & Spa are outstanding. The rooms and the common areas were also excellent, along with the required service.

One of the best experiences so far. Unmatched beauty and unbelievable serenity. Staffs are absolutely incredible and food are awesome.
