The room was clean and hygienic. Staff is polite and well- mannered. Swift service for in room dining. Reception staff is also helpful. The restaurant is also hygienic and offers a good variety of dishes to choose from. Overall experience is great. Regarding the rooms, just that the flush in the bathroom was tight and had to be kept pressed for a few seconds for it to work, so it sometimes confused whether it was properly working or not ( even after the service staff came and got some maintenance work done on it. Maybe instructions can be printed on how long it needs to be pressed, or it can be checked again if it's working fine, so that the customers don't get perplexed in future. The instructions in the manuals kept inside the rooms are detailed and helpful. A nice step towards keeping the customers experience satisfactory. That is appreciated. The housekeeping service is also good and quick. I asked for ro water, which was swiftly supplied to me in a thermos. All the cutlery was clean and hygienic. The staff was wearing masks. They were polite. My queries were resolved without any issues. Just one thing. At the reception, at the check out time, they asked me for the room payment, which i had already paid while booking the room. They checked it and found the same. This should have been avoided. Even though it's not an issue, as the customer already knows whether the payment has already been done or not, but it still does not behoove good on the part of the THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL staff to be not meticulously informed about the customer details. Such matters should be avoided. That gives a better experience to the customers. Overall a great experience. Would like to visit and stay again at the THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL elite convention. Cheers and thanks. Happy stay !

It was a. Ice short stay for two days at THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL elite conventiona, lucknow. The THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL stay met our expectations. I had booked 2 roomsfor my family. The location was good on the highways, no pollution area. Rooms are quite spacious, services are fine, hot staffs are cordial and quick respo sieve to any requirements. Food were very nice as as per our choice. We ordered some typical south indian breakfasts and everything was prepared on request in addition to the buffets. Thanks to mr shukla, the head chef who prepared the foods as desired by the family members. Foods are delicious. It was a nice memorable stay there. Hope for another stay in elite convention in future.

We were on way from banaras to noida & stayed here for its closeness to lucknow - agra express way. Has a huge parking. Lovely ambiance & impressive building structure. The rooms are large & nice. Comfortable bed. Very neat & clean. Special emphasis on hygiene & safety. We had our food in their restaurant which was extremely delicious & economical. The ambiance & the design of the restaurant was impressive.

Had this pleasant stay after long time. Food is so delicious that you will be missing it after leaving the THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL. Masterchef sonu shukla has nailed it. Staff is totally humble and sweet. I generally avoid reviewing but their amazing sevice made me to write these words.

We reached in the THE ELITE LUCKNOW CONVENTION HOTEL around 4:00am and they understood our problm and didn’t wake up till 12 and yet offered us breakfast even the timing for breakfast was till 10am. Very lovely experience we had

Property is located in a not that good location and there is nothing outside the property to explore. But inside it is a well maintained, clean and good property. Food is ok. Other amenities are also good

Value for money. Staff is helpful and offer 24*7 services. Rooms are clean & tidy. Hotel is situated next to highway so it offers excellent connectivity.

When we go for breakfast we disappoint, menu is same as previous day and the food quality was also not good
