Not at all value for money. Prices at MakeMyTrip is exorbitantly high with respect to the hotel category. Wrong pricing, buffer prices at MakeMyTrip. It is becoming useless to book hotel from MakeMyTrip.

The Property was not that up to the mark the tray had cockroaches the curatains fell when i entered no parking space i had to park my car on the service lane mid road. No welcome drink was offered the furniture (sofa) was torn and multiple more things what i observed was not up to the mark the prices were too high and the accommodation was disappointing.

2 starish experience in 4 star hotel

It is supposed to be 4 star hotel but experience has been underwhelming. No hotel signboard, no parking. basic amenities you expect were not available, like shampoo pouch, room slippers, hangers in closet etc. Toilet flush was not working and we asked for room change but they declined despite availability. Ony 1 or 2 items at breakfast. Fruit Juice was so diluted with water that difficult to recognise what u are drinking. Room service has been very slow and inefficient. Management is keen in cutting the cost only. The premises and restaurant is infested with mosquitos which come inside room when you open the door. experience was anything but 4 starish. max star hotel deserve is 2.
