Simply awesome. Excellent hospitality by d ls The Emerald by DLS Hotels, Nainitals. I have stayed in other d ls properties in uttarakhand, but now my new favourite is the emerald, nainital. Amazing services, mesmerizing view of mountains, spacious and luxury rooms with all ultra modern facilities, multicusine delicious food, special arrangements for traditional pahadi meals, cleanliness is superb, staff is so courteous and always available to give the best services with smile. Extremely happy to stay here. My family also enjoyed here a lot.

It's an awesome experience for staying two days at The Emrald DLS HOTEL AYARPETTA NAINITAL, whole staff is very cooperative like Mgr Parkash,shubh,Johnson,Manjit ,Sanjay ,Jassi,Divyanka,.Food is very tasty, amenities are excellent.The location of property is in calm quite and serene jungle.overall everything about The Emrald DLS HOTEL AYARPETTA NAINITAL is excellent

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were big enough with excellent quality of food. Services are prompt in all aspects. The rooms were impeccably clean and attention to the details was impressive. Staff is very polite and humble. A perfect place to stay with family.

The location is perfect, the newly built The Emerald by DLS Hotels, Nainital has nice and cozy rooms. Food quality is very good at a reasonable price. The best part is their staff, going the extra mile to keep your stay comfortable.

It was gr 8 exp spending 3 night there, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my son 1st bday celebration, they did all the arrangement for celebration superbly. Food quality was also gr 8. Over all gr 8 exp staying there
