Property is excellent but the behaviour of staff was terrible. Specially game zone was not working as per requirement. Disappointed with game zone activity. Swimming pool is very good.

Disappointed with Unfulfilled Meal Inclusions & Poor Support

Our booking at The Emerald Club, Khirasara through MakeMyTrip clearly included lunch or dinner for two days, breakfast, high tea, and other complimentary activities as mentioned in the official booking .However, upon arrival, the hotel manager, rudely denied these inclusions and insisted that only breakfast was covered. He demanded an extra ₹700 per person per meal for lunch or dinner, which was completely against what was promised in our package. the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. After long discussions, the hotel reluctantly provided only one dinner on the last day, Because of this mismanagement, our group of 14 people had to arrange meals outside and inside property, spending over ₹18000 extra. The overall experience was highly disappointing, though I must appreciate that staff members were polite, cooperative, and tried their best to assist us.

don't book this place for stay by the photos shown in the select room section, at the arrival they simply say sorry sir this is the room you have booked and gives some different room, also facing issues with AC, hot water supply, food quality is average or somewhat below average but the prices are more then 5 star hotels, in king size bed they simply gives two single beds in combine position, very bad experience. simply find some another property instead of this one

They will provide only 5 ruppes water botal for free and than they charge 70 ruppes for the every bottal of 1 liter, actually in the room booking water charge is too much, they charge for the every eminities. Food is also average.
