The English Garden

The place was horrible very unhygienic washroom and room. I don't prefer any one to go there. The bedsheets were so dirty.

The place was clean with decent space in room. Premium room with garden view is pleasant with all basic amenities available. However, the cook wasn't available. We had to order the food from zomato/swiggy which was easily delivered directly to our room. Parking was also available inside through a second gate. Also, the garden is just a flat lawn which looks like it is used for bookings for some small parties or events. Though it looks good on a rainy day through the room window. All in all it's value for money.

Looks completely different in all aspects, it was not a great experience. No food is available. Looks like an industrial space converted.

Its my second time booking here. Now its totally terrible experience. The person at reception is so lazy i told him 5 times for check in even though it 10:30pm. He is so lazy and don’t know how to treat a customer. He is busy in his work. Its was a terrible experience this time and room is full of stinks. I will never recommend this place.

I booked a room for 3 nights on August 1st 2023 and when I did a check in I found the staff at reception quite non cooperative and there was no breafast, lunch or meals. The room was quite terrible having holes on walls and ceiling banded with tape. Despite having had booked the room for 3 nights, I did a checkout on the very same day and my money went in a total waste.

Price for stay is affordable. Value for money. Well customer response. Amenities are provided like water bottle. Bath accessories. Dental kit etc. Location also easy to reach airport and bus stand. Food is the main issue other than that i'm giving 5 star.

The hotel is a decent one for overnight halt during transit for picking up flight at chandigarh airport. It has all the basic facilities for a good night’s sleep. It is near shopping mall and radisson red hotel

The place does not serve food and one of the older guy probably the owner has no sense of hospitality. They have a policy of no visitors which is the dumbest thing ever for a hotel. The older guy did not care and asked me go ahead and write a review of the state of the place. Place is mainly managed by one guy who also would bring food from outside dhaba. Overpriced and worth 20% of their average asking rate
