The Esquire

I have frequented Esquire for sometime now and here is an honest review 1. The room was hot and humid since the ceiling fan was embedded in a hole. There was no air circulation at all. When a fan is placed in a hole, air pressure and turbulence significantly limit its effectiveness. All the rooms have that hole and squared celing. Ask for an AC room instead. 2. The room was dirty, period. Check photos for proof. Molds and dirty ceiling fans reminds one of 1980s outdated Silchar hotels, affordable only to the ' have nots'. 3. The sheets smelled of an oily person. Seems like they did not bother to change and just tucked the sheets back in for the next person to wallow in. 4. Dirty towels with rusted stains on them. I refuse to use them. I will be reviewing all the Aizawl hotels from now on. Overall, Ezquire is a 2 star. The only memorable thing about the hotel is the room service agents ( Jerry and someone) who were extremely polite and helpful.

nice and peaceful stay, rooms were quiet decent and airy, staff were very nice and food was amazing.

It was good but i wish it was a bit cleaner. I saw a baby cockroach in my room but other than that the people are very nice and the food was very tasty. And the location is very good too

Dirty and dusty room .. The price and the accomodation is not matching😆😆 .. Worst hotel I've ever been. This hotel give me cold,better without children😆😆

I have ordered a veg foot but there was a piece of bone.

Room was so small that i found very difficult to spend 1 night. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Location is near tuikhatlang. Not far from bur a bazaar. Food was good. Staff is polite. However order should be placed a little early so that they can arrange the ingredients.

I booked the double room but gave me a congested room with paint fumes couldn't sleep and in the morning i got nose and throat allergic since then i requested to gave me another room they give me room without window with same paint fumes.

Food quality not very good. Hot water not available after evening hours. Rest location, staff, wifi is very good.

spotlessly clean,good food,..but it has a hot water problem.At 10' C temp it's difficult to shower

My stay was pleasant. Nice and helpful staffs. Food are a little bit expensive but was of a great quality. The staffs were polite and welcoming. The location is a busy place and you could hear the noise from the street which may be unpleasant for some. They could call a cab for you on your way to airport. Price of the room should be made a little bit cheaper.

The is most pocket friendly and good hotel in aizawl. They have really best food, and the location is also central. They also provide massage and it is really good. The rooms are very cozy.

There was no secondary lock on the door so housekeeping unlocked the room from the outside and walked in. Disgusting and terrifying lack of safety and privacy.

The room service was very good, all the staff are well behaved and very friendly. I liked the receptionist as well specially that one guy which unfortunately i do not know his name but still i'm happy with others as welland also i liked the hotel room.

There are many comfortable rooms and all the workers and room service are very friendly. I will always choose this hotel. I love it

The room service is bad. At the time of check in, they did not tell me about guests not being allowed in the hotel. And they blamed me for having two guests the next day. And they did not tell me about smoking not being allowed on the stairs. But the next day, they scolded me for smoking in the stairs. The room cleaning smells bad. They take forever to deliver our food.
