So basically, the overall experience a bit above average. The rooms weren't as clean as you'd hoped, and some amenities like the toiletries that were promised weren't actually provided. You did get an early check-in, but it took some repeated follow-ups with the reception. The service was a bit slower than expected, although the location was pretty good and close to the main spots. Overall, you'd rate it around a 3.5 out of 5.

The property is huge and the location is good, it's greenery and it's nice to chill. But the room are average with basic kitchen equipments which is fine. Restaurants food is not good rather use zomato. Overall experience is fine. Take your own speaker n enjoy music near the pool or in your balcony.

Disappointed! We were given appartments in two different blocks which were far away while a family prefers to stay adjacent. When we requested for a 3 bedroom one instead, it was allotted but that flat was full of dust and mosquitos. sofas were layered with dust. The balcony railings were not cleaned. There was a bad odour in the washrooms too.

AC remote was not fixed despite regular reminder paid more than 5k a day no shower gel provided just 10 rs medimex soap ! no signal for TV setup box on a regular interval. only good thing was that the staff was helpfull and polite.

Property at a good location. Staff are friendly. Pool view is super. Rooms are clean and hiegenic. For preparation of food all facilities are good.

Service is very poor and reception uncle is very rude . Do not cook and Utensils they brought 20 years back only budget wise was okay

Rooms are not clean to many mosquitoes.... utensils in room was in very bad condition....reception staff was very rude n angry in talking to their guest.....very much parking isssues in the property....and the watchman don't have manners to talk to their guest.... overall experience was in negative

Room service not all good , No maintenance of the room broken sofa tv not working ac got repaired on 3rd day and pathetic food … we ordered bread toast and there is fungus on the bread very bad experience
