The Euphoria Grand

For safety concern they have provided sansation machine on reception. And location of this property is on sharp slop from shimla bus stand. It but difficult to drive to a property if you self drive to this property for who not drive on hilly area on regular basis. They need to take care of such thing weather guest come with their own vechical so in advance they can notified guide one and can also provide driver for such a case. In my case The Euphoria Grand staffed helped to park and drive back to main road thier another branch is on top from this one so they help me in my case

Euphoria Grand Hotel is good but the main problem in this The Euphoria Grand is location. The The Euphoria Grand is situated in very bad location. Every time we go to The Euphoria Grand, inside the The Euphoria Grand or outside. From outside every time we pay each side. It is very far from restaurant. One quality in this The Euphoria Grand is very friendly and professional staff. Room is very good. Please improve the convenience for the The Euphoria Grand. Thanks.

Location is perfect as it is near to the isbt and in the lap of scenic mountains and their cab facility is mind blowing to pick and drop from isbt. Valley facing rooms are another advantage along with the cleanliness of the rooms. Food quality is also good. I enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this The Euphoria Grand. But if you are newer to shimla, keep this thing in mind it is far away from mall road.

Hotel rooms were clean and they are attached with good washroom. It is located in silent place. You have to travel to a narrow road for about 1km which detached from main road in isbt. Mall road is quite far about 20 mint drive from this place. I think the room are bit costly than it deserve. Only book this The Euphoria Grand if you are traveling with your vehicle otherwise you have to walk alot.

Had a great experience at the Euphoria. Everything was on point, the peaceful location, the view from the The Euphoria Grand, the quality of service, the polite and helpful staff. And the icing on the cake was the food. I would love to visit the The Euphoria Grand again. :)

Our stay was overall good. But location was a big problem for us. The entry of The Euphoria Grand is too steep to park car. Otherwise, The Euphoria Grand services are good. Food aas also okay. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We had a good time.

It was a very comfortable stay, the staf is very well educated and well behaved, when you ask anything they are always here for you, food was very delicious, The Euphoria Grand staff makes you feel comfortable and snooker makes the day enjoyable

Location was ok not enough of view with tree front of balcony. Food was not great not worth the money.
Social distancing was not being practiced in the hallways. Had to wait long time for check out and our luggage being brought down to us.

One problem is way to The Euphoria Grand quite steep and narrow, else a better place to stay in. Recommended to all

Stay in The Euphoria Grand was a good experiance. Situated near isbt, food was nice.
