The Exotica Resort - Vizag

Place is peaceful and pleasant the approach road is very bad place a banner at the turning near transformer. Calls weren’t attended when we tried to reach them for the location. Local’s guided to the location. Food is very average can be better, not up to the mark. Swiggy access is there so can order in. We were in room 7 the flush tank water flowed into room we had to switch of tap manually. No geyser in that room it was there but there no plug to connect. Room isn’t so clean the cupboard isn’t clean & there’s water coming beneath that from the washroom. Staff behaviour was good. Overall it has been good stay with minor adjustments.

it was a very good stay. rooms are classy and very spacious. bathrooms and accessories are also very good. this resort is in a very good location, not so near the main city but a beach with clean water is in 10 min bike distance. we enjoyed our stay with a heavy breakfast also, different types of food were also available there. last but not least the service and housekeeping is excellent there and it had great rain dance 😀 tq exotica.

Quite good place to stay who are interested to stay connected with nature. Due to hectic lifestyle those who needs break people can enjoy this place well but it's quite remote from the city nobody serves food like zomato, swiggy and no other restaurants nearby. Own transport is required for outstation candidates also because no transportation is available ola, uber and rapido will not reachable here.

You will like it if you have your own vehicle else transportation would be a big trouble also the location of the resort is 7km from what's shown on maps, food provided at resort is good except a bit costly menu, hospitality of the resort management is so much respectable, overall a very good place to chill-in, the pics provided are original, you can have a lot of privacy and peace no disturbance.

Silent and relaxing place to stay. Surrounded by greenary and mountains, very close to highway and beach road. For about 1-2kms will have feel of travel-ling in forest which is one of the intresting part while reaching the resort. Its not just stay here, they do have rain dance, fire camp with dj and mic setup which makes us engaged and will not let us bore when we are in resort.

It is a very comfortable stay, and the staff were polite and friendly. The price was quite economical. The only gripe is about its location. It is located in a remote area, without any houses nearby. So felt little unsafe when staying with family, but for bachelors etc it should not be a problem at all. Thanks

Sprawling resort, great place to relax. Good rain dance restaurant space dining proximity to the hill makes it a beautiful place to visit. The staff is very courteous and will ensure your stay is comfortable. There is a handicraft paintings with really good local items. Tq excotica resort.

From check in to check out, me and my family had an amazing experience. I have stayed here with my family 3 nights. Really the staff (kishore and madhu) behavior is very nice and service was excellent. Room are very good and cleaning maintained. Vehicle also arranged for our requirements.

Good facilities and level of cleanliness, nice view early in the morning with pleasant weather but it's better to be have a hot water too. Food provided by the resort is good but little bit costly.

Had a chance to stay at this great place for 5 days. Excellent location to enjoy the beauty of nearby hills. Short ride to the beach. The staff here were really courteous and provided breakfast and other meals upon request. Really isolated place to get away from the hassles of city life.
