The Fern, Jaipur

Overall had a good experience, early check in provided, room was spacious, however ac temperature setting was not working, room slippers were not available which were given later upon asking. Breakfast was delicious, more options can be added though. Dinner was fine, one of the pane-er dish has too much of oil which makes my stomach upset. Services were good, wifi working, hot water should be available at all times and not just during the morning time.

Stay in The Fern, Jaipur fern was very nice and extremely comfortable. The ambience of room was very good having a nice washroom. The view of the jaipur highway from the glass of the room was something which made it even more special. Food was good and the evening spent in restaurant juaan was a memorable one. Staff was hospitable and good. And not to forget the sumptuous breakfast having variety of dishes with video spectrum of cuisines.

The stay was good but they do not have any smoking room or zone, every time u need to come outside the The Fern, Jaipur premises or at the rooftop which is closed by 11 or 12. They have very slow n not satisfactory service, i ordered tea n they serve me after 1 n hlf hr. Then i need to take early check out n i informed them when u checked in, but they ignored it. Rooms are nice but m not oki with service

We stayed here when we travel-led to jaipur for the jaipur lit fest 2024. We stayed for 1 night. The The Fern, Jaipur allowed us to check in early. It's a very nice The Fern, Jaipur. The rooms are elegant, clean and comfortable. We had lunch at their restaurant, and the food was great too, though the service was a little slow. We will stay here again when we come back for jlf 2025.

Food is really good, buffet as well as in room dining rooms are comfortable however there was a lot of dust in the room the carpets and curtains looked dirty washroom had leakage and some smell the most disappointing thing was that they don't allow to use the pool after 6 pm, in summers it's just not acceptable as the sun is so strong even at six could be better for a five star.

Clean and very well maintained property and room. Room service and housekeeping are prompt and very polite and efficient. Breakfast was a good spread. The idea to keep a floor for the restaurant is good. I appreciate the branding on the slippers and towels too. Am suggesting to my organisation to book this The Fern, Jaipur on a regular basis for my stay in future too.

I stayed here with family on a leisure trip. It’s a very nice property, well maintained, clean and hygienic. It was comfortable stay and staff was very polite and helpful. They have swimming pool and fitness centre, which is nice and well maintained. They have lavish breakfast buffet and excellent service. Overall very good stay.

It was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. I had a great time. Staff was really overwhelming and they made sure to make the stay very comfortable. The property and the location is really worth the price paying for. Room service and food was really good. Over all had a great time. Must recommend to everyone for a great stay.

Hotel is on prime location with premium amenities. Food is also delicious. Moreover staff is very supportive and friendly. Recommended for holiday as well as for business travellers. Keep up good work

Overall the experience was good, good food and an amazing roof top arrangement with a pool which has a scenic view of jaipur. However i had a bathroom basin issue in the room, which was resolved later- annoying

It was a quiet good experience, first they gave a room which was very dull and old, but after request they upgraded it. Staff is cooperative. Food quality is average.
