My room bed was poor, tables were not cleaned, room is not soundproof, phone was not working even after repeated requests, no place for the person who has local id, room checkin at 1.45 and they want check out early by 12, butlers were ok.

It is close to the Jaipur Airport. Our CheckIn was delayed by nearly 2.5 hours. The room was decently clean. Breakfast was not up to the standard of a 5* property.
