My wife and i celebrated our two-year anniversary in kerala. We visited kochi and munnar as part of our trip. In kochi, we stayed at trident cochin, and the entire experience was nothing short of blissful. I never thought our stay at Trident would be this exceptional. We booked three rooms for eight people, including two kids. I must say this was one of the finest and cleanest The Fern-An Ecotel Hotel, Kochis I have ever stayed in. Both the stay and the staff service were exceptional. Staff members across all departments—whether dining, housekeeping, reception, poolside, or lobby—treated us as if we were their most important guests. The poolside area was peaceful and serene. Most importantly, what I loved the most was the food. It was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality and flavorful dishes. I would love to enjoy their dinner and breakfast again. One key aspect is that they provide, or even exceed, what they offer. Although the property lacks a large area for walking or spending time, I was never concerned about it because it was not something they advertised or that I was looking for. Overall, it was a truly loving and amazing experience.

It was a great experience staying here at trident. The breakfast spread was great and we got amazing service and hospitality from the team for all our requests. It was a pleasant experience. The customer service was really good. Room was very neat and tidy. Food was also amazing. The only thing that i think can be improved is the fittings in bathroom, it felt very loose as if it would fall apart and get damaged. Apart from that, we had a good time there.

Comfortable room. Enough space and well maintained. Can't open windows for fresh air. Possibly its best way to get rid of mosquitoes. Staff feels like more experience needed other than that everything good
