Location : Great Location No disturbance Big Property Rooms : Clean Rooms With Big clean bathrooms Staff :- Polite & cooperative We had Gone with 2 Families & Wanted Adjoining Rooms as per Request & Availability We were Provided the same . The Indian & Chinese Food is Very Very Good 😊 Breakfast/Lunch /Dinner Buffet is A Good Spread property is more like a 4 star not 5 star on check in we had requested for 2 adjoining rooms & they Gave it to us . Our Booking Showed Checkin at 2pm & check out at 12 pm But the Reception staff kept on calling 10 am onwards and said you have to check out by 11am on saying the timing on the booking is 12pm he refused to agree Till the time I actually had to go down and show them the timing on the mail and 12pm check out time and told him I am not going before my check out time. Besides the property has A good pool with jaccuzi childrens play is good indoor activities are in central ac settings with Snooker/pool/TT/carroms etc. The property is more like 4 Star than 5 Star Only thing Missing is an outdoor Garden For kids to play Overall Experience was Great 😃

We stayed at the fern lonavala for two nights in jun e 2024. We had booked one wintergreen room and one fern club room. Rooms: both the rooms were spotlessly clean and well lit. The fern club room is big enough for three people to stay comfortably (with an extra bed provided. The only sore point was the quality of the extra bed. We had to get it changed to a better one. Food: there are two restaurants in the The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Lonavala, but we had our food only in one of them: the glass cafe. The breakfast spread had a wide variety and was delicious. Even for dinner, there are options from indian as well as international cuisines to choose from. Service: the staff is extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. They changed the extra bed as soon as we complained about it. The best aspect of the resort is its location. It is right next to an entry point to the expressway. We did not need to go through lonavala town to get on to the expressway on our return to mumbai.

Property is good also well maintained. Food was delicious and d best part was live singing. At dinner. The person they have hired for singing is too good. Every one has finished their meals but was still at d restaurant because of that boy. He was amazing and super talented. One thing i didn't like was v went over there for celebrating my husband's birthday also i have called them a day before for arranging cake and stuff. While check-in i also told them about cake. But there was no response. In evening around 7-8 pm when i ask them watt about the cake they said ki u have to told us about cake before 5 pm. They were not ready for it. Afterwards somehow they arrange cake for my husband. As it was my husband's birthday they have also offered 50% off on upgrade. Overall the experience was good. Good place to go

The ambience is good and the property is situated near the Expressway exit which helps you avoid the weekend traffic. Due to weekend the bookings were full and it helped us to have a pre booked stay however, the management was not up to the mark in managing the breakfast for those booked for the weekend. Most of the food counters were left unattended to without being replenished including the cutlery. The management offered a la cart menu compulsorily through room service and thus we were deprived of being served hot food. During the weekend the restaurant had compulsory buffet menu.

We had a great stay. Location was a bit difficult to reach because google maps succeeded in confusing us. But we reached with the aid of helpful localites. Reception was tastefully decorated and staff was efficient and courteous we had booked hazel suit, the room was very luxurious with all amenities provided as they were mentioned. The cleanliness and professionalism is commendable. One aspect for improvement - inclusion of first aid kit with basic medicines(paracetamol, diclofenac gel)since the nearest medical store is quite far off overall a great experience

The stay was good. The property is good and maintained. The only thing.. we requested for twin bed a day before , the same was not done untill the evening of the stay ..which caused a lot of inconvinence because one of us was not able to sleep we kept on requesting still there was no response. The Quantity of food can be increased also the quality can be improved . The washroom should include air purtifiers because ya mostly its a closed setup. There could be more options for breakfast. Everything else was Good. Overall a good stay.

The property is well located. Close to the city centre but not quite rooms with a view of the shayadri mountains. Valvan dam or the express way. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The lawn. Swimming pool. Jacuzzi. Play area with tt, snooker and carrom is just right. My son and me had a wonderful time bonding over a few games and at the pool. The breakfast spread is really good and caters to most tastes and people. The staff across is generally courteous and helpful. Had a nice 2 day family timeout ! recommended

The breakfast was amazing, stay was good. we booked the mountain facing suite. It was good, but idk why I just felt it could have been better, the aesthetics maybe. The room felt very empty idk why. The balcony felt a little small, I mean it could not accommodate 2 chairs, so that I felt was a little lacking. The service was good. The The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Lonavala was well hygienic and staff was polite. It was a 3.5-4/5 experience. The room was slightly less value for money

Location and food is good. We booked three rooms but they gave us room in terrace even though i asked them to give us on first or second floor

Great experience. We had 2 days of stay. We booked hazel suite and the packege included the breakfast and dinner as well. A little over priced but great experience of comfort and luxury. A recommendation is if they can arrange 2 wheeler on rent for quick surffing, would be great.

Very warm welcome. All staff were very polite courteous and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Food quality was good with wide variety in buffet.
