I had a good experience with Hotel fern.. Location is near to highway.. yet had calm and relaxing outing.. Food is good ( can be better). But there are multiple restaurants nearby where one can have Indian food at low cost.

Property was OK, Food was average. reception makes you wait and then gives options to upgrade with additional cost if you need room now. where I realised that the hotel was not full it was just business gimmick. overall bad experience ..

location is very near to the city. It felt really calm and silenced which was very much required. The staff is very nice, cooperative & responsive. breakfast is amazing. For Lunch indian food is amazing. The best part is the swimming pool. Though it was cold, we really enjoyed the pool. The room was neat and tidy. The lifts are really fast and spacious.

Food and Stay were wonderful!! The pool and Jacuzzi are well maintained and a must try. The staff is warm and welcoming. Will definitely come back!

We stayed one day in the club room. Room was good and cleaned. Housekeeping staff was cooperative. Over all stay was good, but reservation team really very disappointing, as I tried calling them , many times they didn’t responded call, once they picked up but said that they will call me back as he was in basement but no call received. The numbers I tried which is given by the Make my trips.

bad experience at the time of check in...hotels bed not planned well . staff incompetent and not well trained. coffee mug uncleaned. room service delays. overall compromised with the stay but felt complete rip off for the price bad.. no value for price.

Approach to Property location was showing wrong in Google maps so we were to contact Fern hotel reception to get live location . Staff at Fern was prompt & service was excellent. Breakfast was having good variety & quality was also very good .

Pleasant stay, clean rooms, scenic mountain view. In room dining food was delicious. Morning Breakfast was ample. The Fern Lonavala, one of the best Vacation Destination.

Stayed as family for 2 days at The Fern during the Diwali break .. We had a good time here. If you are looking for a place slightly off the main town then this is an ideal location.. Hotel was decently quiet even for the holiday week, food was good, rooms are quite spacious and housekeeping was prompt. The Mountain View rooms are better than city view ones though if you are looking for great views you maybe disappointed...Other than the delay in check-in and check out at the front desk, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting back again.

Hotel room was clean. Room size is average. Variety of food options. Food price too high. Over all average stay with high price point.

PROS - Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Great location - close to the highway and other spots in Lonavla. Food is good as well. Hotel is well maintained. CONs - Breakfast buffet is good but can be better. More variety - especially in desserts should be there. Doughnuts need to be thinner an softer (for example). Outer seating area needs to have provisions to kill flies since otherwise they disturb you during your meal. More indoor games options would be helpful. I think a badminton space or a cricket turf would be great.

Overall a great experience right from the location, room, view and the staff. The food was scrumptious also. Appreciate the hospitality. I took away a point because the wi-fi at the hotel wasn't working during the length of our stay

Location: Very Near Mapro and Wax museum.Far away from traffic noise and pollution. Quite and Peaceful Food: Breakfast spread was Excellent, Dinner buffet spread was decent,more options for vegetarians.Non Vegetarian should go for ala carte. Service was excellent at every aspect, Truly 5 star standards. All staff are highly professional and very polite.
