I recently had the opportunity to stay at the fern brentwood in mussoorie and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight was the large balconies that opened up to the parking area on the ground floor. This The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie is situated in mall road area and reaching here (with no sinages) through the narrow lanes with your own car is a task. The rooms are nice. The food quality and quantity is superb to justify thier prize tag. A single portion is sufficient for family of three(2 adult, 1 child. The thali with local cuisines shouldn't be missed, its not on the menu but is served and is delicious. However, the buffet breakfast was an disappoint to me considering the limited varity they served. The staff here is quite helpful and will go the extra mile to serve you. To sum it up, we had a great stay. Tip: if you travel-ling with your own car then head straight to mall road and dont completely rely on google maps.

We, a family of four, stayed at the fern brentwood on 1st and 2nd may. Besides other things, the property has amazing view! this is a major plus point. The gm mr. Arindham was great and upgraded us with a bigger room. The food was good as well. Chef bi-pin and chef rakesh deserve a special mention. They are masters in their respective fields. The The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie also has full day activities on site as well as off site (like trekking) that can be arranged. Almost all activities are chargeable but these are reasonable priced. We wish we could have extended our stay for 1 more day, it is a great place to just chill doing nothing ) you can request for rooms having valley view.

I stayed in in b rent wood from 3-5 may. Front desk was very accommodative and gave early check in. Parking was no issue. They have dormitory for drivers at nominal charges (200). Food was excellent and very tasty. Their spread in breakfast and dinner was very elaborate. Only negative point was cleanliness. My room number was 310. ( club room ). Wooden floor was so dirty that our feet became black and it spoiled the bed sheet. They provided in’s hand towel for 2 guests. Instead of bed sheet house keeping guy tried to spread rajai cover. I had to shout and threaten him. He rushed to store and brought clean bed sheet. My wife guided him to clean room flour of black mud sticking since months.

Very good The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie. Very close to picture palace & you don't need to climb to reach your The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie which is very good thing. Rooms are not much bigger as per the charges but still sufficient enough. I stayed with family of 4 person (2 adults, 2 kids) & we stayed in one room. So rooms are enough to accommodate one family. Restaurant is also very good. Food is awesome. Bar facility is also here. Scene from backyard is really nice. You can enjoy hills of mussoorie from your balcony. You must add breakfast in your booking. Breakfast buffet is very rich. I really like this stay.

Hotel is dally located near mall road opp picture palace. This location gave us easy access to mall road as well as landour and to a no. Of eateries & cafes. There's a dedicated parking and car reached right upto the porch. The lobby was decorated for christmas and we liked the lovely atmosphere. Room was clean, large, & comfortable. In the evening there was a complimentary gala music dinner with enormous number of dishes. Almost the entire The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie guests were there still the service was top notch. In the room a small plum cake & chocolates were provided to enhance the festivities.

The ambience of the resort is excellent. Ideal location as it is just 20 from start of mall road. The only challenge is to drive for 200 mtr from mall road savoy gate to resort since tje ally is narrow and if a vehicle comes from opp direction then be ready to test your driving skills. However once you are in The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoories its wonderful. Rooms are nice. Live singing is superb. Food is tastey. B fast spread is also vast. Strongly recce for honeymooning couple and family. And yes pets are allowed. Sufficient parking place.

I stayed here with my family. We had an amazing overall experience and the staff here is awesome. Everyone from the The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie staff is always smiling and ready to assist. I would specially like to mention that when they came to know it was our wedding anniversary, they got us a surprise cake which really made our day. My special thanks to karan and priyanshi from the restaurant as they made our stay at the The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie all the more delightful.

A very beautiful and cozy The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie for a holiday with family. Right from the location to the view. The food was awesome. The vibe of the The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie is very lively because they have some music fest and food fest going on during the evening which is great to enjoy. It's 5 mins walking from mall road. Most convenient to go to ropeway too. The staff was very humble and welcoming. Great attitude towards guests. Was a great stay.

Great environment, service and staff. Food was good. Parking private vehicle in premises is a task as parking is usually filled up and road that leads to location is narrow.

Location is great as its behing mall road. You do not get disturb cause of the noise of traffic or the mall road. View from room is excellent. Service is great. Food quality is good though spread could be more. There is less choice.

Ambiance is good staff we'll trained and cleanness taken care off. Some stars minus for activities. Overall good experience
