We had a comfortable stay at this The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa Gangtok Sikkim, thanks to the courteous and respectful staff. The property is at an excellent location, which is a big plus. However, it appears to be aging and requires regular maintenance to keep up with expectations. One major drawback was that the spa and gym were not available, despite being listed on mmt, which felt misleading. This should be clarified for future guests. On the positive side, the food was good, and overall, my stay was pleasant. With better upkeep and more accurate information, the experience could be even better.

Welcome was great. All staff were great. My winter green premium room was great. It was just 1 floor above the reception floor. It had valley view and kanchenjunga view. Birthday cake ordered was amazing, celebrated wife's birthday at The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa Gangtok Sikkim restaurant. Restaurant food is costly and some item may be found average in taste which we observed but overall food good. Driver arranged for sightseeing was great. Tea were available in early morning as well. Enjoyed kanchenjunga view from room itself on 2nd day morning time and even you can see from roof top.

The size of the room was big enough to accommodate an extra bed. The staff is helpful and supportive. The breakfast options are limited but suit the requirements. We also tried lunch and dinner at The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa Gangtok Sikkim's tamarynd restaurant. The food was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Room was overall good. Great view of the mountains. Beds were comfortable and neat. Spacious room and washroom. Separate dressing room/space was useful too. Good room service. Food was awesome. The dining experience was good. Great service. Travel desk- cab charges were not transparent. No bills provided for both my bookings. Asked for cash payment and rates are exorbitant too.

The property was very well kept n maintained ... we had choosen a suite and the room was quite spacious... the location is also very good very near to mg marg ... there were only 2 cons that i could find .. 1. The bed was very very springy n so sleeping on the it was difficult n 2. The food is not amazing .. its good but not tht great ...
