Overall stay was good, but the The Fern Goregaon can work on alot of things such as their policy to not order food from outside the The Fern Goregaon. Upon asking what was the reason we were informed that the policy exists so that guests can avoid the risk of falling ill with outside food as then the The Fern Goregaon would be held responsible if anything went wrong with the health of their guests. My point is, add a disclaimer to your booking policy about this, instead of prohibiting the guests from having what they like and fulfilling their cravings. Naresh at the front desk was helpful with our requests with regards to the room preference. Apart from the above point, rest the fern is a good property to stay at. Last thing just make sure your room is done well by the housekeeping before you begin your stay. Our potable water for the tea coffee was old and had gone brown and mushy at the bottom one coffee sachet was used and left as is. Not replaced. Faced this for the first time. Hopefully it wouldn't be repeated next time

Fern goregaon is a good The Fern Goregaon located near the the express way. The reception is grand and rooms are spacious. The rooms are very clean, bathrooms have great finish and very clean. The morning breakfast is awesome. They have a lot of variety. The lift access is only through access card - this make the The Fern Goregaon secure and safe. Staff is helpful and courteous. The check-in and check-out procedures are simple and fast. They are very flexible - in terms of accommodating additional guests in the room. I was surprised to see a full service The Fern Goregaon (room + dining) in mumbai at reasonable rates. And booking through mm t is beautiful - you will get the best price. This time, it was lesser than the corporate deal.

We had to attend an event and was there for a day. A location. The fern is situated in a very not so remote area. Plenty of space for bikers b space. Lobby is just comfortable for around 20 people not so spacious c buffet. At the fleu. Food is very good i'll give it a 8/10 but it is placed just near lobby and not lavish. Bearing in mind the other The Fern Goregaons i have visited, but sandeep and abhishek waited on everyone and made sure that the guest were looked after. Even the junior manager was very attentive. D. Rooms. We got the winter twin bed. Nice and convenient for 2 of us. I would love to visit the place as it is cozy. But lookout the wifi is bad. If that is what is your idea of checking in.

Location easy to find right off hiway. Good security (swathi with a welcoming smile. Checkin professional and inara helpful and efficient. Room clean spacious (inhouse iron. Bathroom with nice hot shower and amenities. Room service accommodating to dietary needs. Truly a 5 star place to stay without being pretentious thank you team fern goregaon.

The best The Fern Goregaon near nesco. Easy for traveling as western highway near by nesco center 10 min run. Hospitality is best. But The Fern Goregaon lacks in there restaurant taste as there is few things avaliable in veg and they also do not allow outside food. Pure vegetarian eaters may have problem because is serve non veg more in dinner

Best value for money The Fern Goregaon in the goregaon area in my view. Has all the amenities and the rooms are quite spacious, which is a luxury in mumbai. Staff are well trained and very helpful. Breakfast is also good, not a huge spread but quite good at this price point. Overall very happy and will give this a 5 star review.

It was a very pleasant stay. Room was neatly done and aesthetically appealing. Food was just delicious. All items especially sweet dishes were amazing. Moon g dal halwa was the tastiest i ever had. Staff were also very attentive & helpful. I will recommend this The Fern Goregaon for everyone without doubt.

The stay was really nice and the courtesy of The Fern Goregaon staff was really admirable. Rooms were neat and clean.

They should help us to book tickets-train. For an emergency, they were not forth coming.

Excellent property maintenance, very polite n courteous staff.

The f & b requires urgent attention. Specially the buffet breakfast. Old food must not be served. This was pointed out to their chef kuldeep, who immediately changed the bad items being served. Rest of the stay was excellent in every way

Rooms were well maintained and very clean. Had all amenities. Restaurant and food was good but more varieties can be added. Staff was polite and courteous.

The room i got was better than the pictures. Clean and really hygienic. The in room dining was on time and the food was really very good. Would definitely stay here again
