The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa

I do an annual vacation to goa, always looking for stay options and switching between north and south goa. This time, it was north goa, and after shortlisting nine The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goas categorized under 4 and 5 stars, i started doing the comparison for a week. I never heard about this The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa, and the reason is that it is a newly constructed property. This was my only holdback, as it is always hard to trust new in-business The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goas for their service, food, etc. After reading the reviews, i gained some courage and booked this for two rooms. And man, i must say that it was the best decision to choose a The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa stay ever in my life. To begin with, it is in candolim and the heart of north goa and still away from the busy road and hustle as its bit inside led by a narrow road. But easily accessible to a lot of cafes, eateries, rentals, shopping, etc. Soon, you enter the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa, and you will be greeted nicely by each staff member, like ravi and the guard on duty, as you have met and known you for years. I was given two winter green rooms, and we requested for higher floor for the view, which nikita immediately catered to; the rooms were anyways spacious enough, and adding to that, it had a huge separate living room adjoining both rooms with a separate tv, sofa cum bed, dining, mini kitchen, and fridge. On the terrace, they have a restaurant, brisa do maar, with an infinity pool, gym, play area, and the same vip treatment by polly. On the 7th floor, they have cafe 515 for breakfast buffet, where we had dinner daily, which has a lovely cafe vibe. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with a live kitchen to cater to your needs for omelet, dosa, etc. Sabyasachi was always available to ensure our plates were never empty, especially for kids. We opted for the dinner package and were served with the dinner buffet on the first night. On the second day, we were asked for the menu for ala carte, and here is a special mention to chetan and sushil, who went all guns blazing and served us so many options and so wonderfully that my kids were waiting for dinner the whole day. I also met the gm, sandeep pal, and that made me understand why this The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa, in such a short span, is rated among-st the highest as he is the visionary and ensures that even the most minor thing is not missed as these minute details lead to an experience. If i have to nitpick, i would love to see a spa on my next visit, which mr. Pal assured me would be operational by the first half of next year. And maybe better wi-fi speeds. Overall, i am definitely a returning guest to this The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa and would recommend it to everyone for an experience. Highlights of fern habitat: location, large rooms with option of 2 bhk and 3 bhk setup, inifity pool, terrace restuarant, great food, cleanliness and the best of all, their staff members who are always happy and happy to help. P. S: if you can meet mr sandeep pal, ask him for his card; it's a surprise.

We stayed at this property for 4 days, must say that they have given immense attention to detail at each and every aspect. At the time of check-in we were given a room in around 15mins. Personally, it's acceptable for me because it's december and you can expect huge rush. I saw some guests complaining about the wait time for check-in, but personally, it wasn't an issue for me. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. There is ac in the room which helps with the hot/humid weather. The breakfast spread is decent and the quality of food is amazing. We also had lunch one day in the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa and would highly appreciate their chef. The quality of food is on the same level that you get in taj or the likes (even better in some cases. Their staff is polite and courteous. There is ample car parking space and the location is pretty favorable as well. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would visit here again in future. If i had to nit pick, i would just say that the glass bottles provided in the room are bit tricky to open (as they are sealed. I ended up with a small cut in my palm while opening the bottle. I understand your intention behind sealed bottles but just wanted to bring this to your attention.

The property is a recently constructed one, so everything feels new. The rooms are nice and cozy. The The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa has a lovely concept and having a common area for 2 rooms (like a 2 bhk. That's a stand-out feature and works best for families visiting together. The swimming pool is small but the view is amazing. One can sit there and enjoy for hours. The rooftop restaurant / cafe / pub is vibrant and serves as a party place as well. The staff is excellent, especially the front desk person nikitha, navnath who does multiple roles, the staff at the 7th floor restaurant (the chef will customize stuff for you, your kids) and also the house keeping staff who are available round the clock. The beach is about a 5 minute walk (17-20 minutes if you want to reach the beach through the main entrance where the car parking is. The location is slightly inside from the main road, but that's actually good considering that the main road is always crowded and buzzing with cars + tourists. There are several restaurants nearby. You'll be spoil t for choice. All the main beaches are close by. You can reach calangute or bagha in no time. All in all, a very good experience. And recommendable.

Had a lovely stay at fern habitat candolim. Starting from the service at the front desk with hussain to the restaurant service with dip-ti and sabyasachi, everything was impeccable. The place is very well maintained, *pretty* and the food is great. But the whole reason for us to go back for another stay would be the service; as a frequent traveller and someone who works in a related field, i'm not easily impressed. But this was the best customer service i've experienced in my life. One thing i would point out for couples is that the description on makemytrip about the winter green room is misleading - it's actually like a single room in a 2bhk. A very lovely 2bhk but it can get awkward if you end up sharing that space with another unknown couple. It'd be better to confirm with the front desk what you need before booking.

Excellent stay. Checkin smooth with way early checkin provided without any charges. Our room was excellent with high quality sofa bed for the third adult( in fact it can accommodate 4 adults in room. Very clean rooms and entire property. Great location of gym if fitness is your like and priority. Terrace restaurant is amazing with a clear sea view. Food excellent and good rates. Loved the 20% discount on f&b. Dipti is a great host and we met her second time and she was able to recognise us. Since out checkout was early we were not able to have proper breakfast but The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa helped us pack some breakfast with no charges. Sabyasachi is great, sumeet, nagnath. Chef for breakfast and the terrace restaurant barbecue chef just amazing.

It is a new The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We landed goa at 5a. M in the morning and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to check it by 2:00 pm (the standard check in time. But they allowed us to check in very early in the morning with a minimal charge. Breakfast is awesome and it came complimentary with our stay. They have a beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The only bad experience was with the people in our adjacent room with whom we shared a hall and kitchenette. They were in room no 603. The couple stole our beverages which we had left in our common refrigerator. People who are able to afford a great The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa like this still have the urge to steal beverages!

Rooms- we had booked 6 winter rooms comprising in 3 units. The units are spacious and well lit. The winter rooms are spacious and has all necessary facilities needed for your stay. I believe there is a dearth of such spacious units in goa, and this is one of the exceptions. Breakfast- the breakfast had a medium spread but scrumptious, however the staff is overly flexible to accommodate specific request for guests. Staff- the staff is thoroughly professional and it shows in their flexibility with managing guest, handling meals and with check in and check out process. 5 stars for the staff. In general, opt for the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa without a doubt for your stay, it's a jewel in the crown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fern and i must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The food at the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa restaurant was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the attention to detail and care that went into making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

This is the second fern experience which was up to the mark like the one we had in mumbai. The staff were very polite. In-dine service was good. Good hygiene room. Looking forward to visit again soon

We reached early and they are very much supportive and provided the room. Room is good and restaurants food also tasty. Staff's are supportive good atmosphere

Rooms were good, however few mentioned amenities were not there. Food was as excellent. Reception & room service could have been better! the saddest part was we were unable to reach anyone at the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa, none of the mentioned numbers were answered. We were only able to speak to someone after we reached the reception physically. The security staff were very helpful

It was a wonderful stay with spacious rooms, cleanliness and best service i will definitely recommend fern habitat to friends and family. Restaurants should have more indian varieties in food.

Excellent property... very nice rooms, clean and hygienic. we stayed in winter green suite rooms with ample space for all of us. the chef at property was too good as all preparations were simply awesome. in all a pleasant and memorable stay

Good location good stay staff is welcoming. Close to candolim beach and near to good food joints.

Very good location about the 00 meters from main road whaixh keeps you away from traffic noise. Very neat, clean spacious rooms, best in candolim, i visited 7 The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goas physicaly including lemon tree, ronil, etc but fern is good. Food is also good, staff and services are also very courteous.

The location of the property was apt, walking distance from the candolim beach and market. Their buffet breakfast was very sumptuous and had lot of variety with hot and fresh food for the guests.
