Lets start with location: The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa is around 400 meters from main candolim road & can be reached easily. Local travel facility: cabs are available at the gate of The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa itself though dont expect any discounts. Basement parking available for self drive vehicles. Rooms : i had booked winter green suit l. Before my check in, i asked to have a tour of the room & to my utter disappointment rooms had stinky smell. Later on they offered me an upgrade( charges can’t disclose )which we really appreciate. The suits are well maintained with mini bar, sofa bed, linens and other amenities like dinning table with kettle etc. Washrooms :clean towels, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioners, brush body lotion of good brand are provided. Food: various options to have in breakfast lunch dinner. Safety: doesn’t feel any issues on the part of The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa management. Areas which need improvement: if nay guest has prior booking room should be prepared before his arrival. Promotion : many cab service providers do not know the exact location and might need map. Lift: though the The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa has 8 floors, only one lift is there which also goes slow. Please dont enter into the rooms if cleaning tag is not placed on the door by the guest.

Food taste was good but limited option in dinner for vegetarian. With mm t we book winter green, but after actual seeing it we upgrade our room to hazel suite by paying extra rs 1000 per day. Location near candolim beach is plus point. Never book taxi from outside The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa, they will overcharge. Overall experience was good.

The The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa was in a prime location and best for a family who needs two rooms. They will provide you with a fantastic apartment with two rooms and a common personal common space with tv amenities and a sofa bed. All the staff were polite and nice.

Hotel ambience is really good and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay at fern habitat, candolim. I recommend it for any family, friends group or even for couples. It is just wow. Thank you fern habitat.

Had a great stay, amenities and facilities provided were good, one can enjoy swimming in the infinity pool they have. The property is just adjacent to the main road and easy to reach via cab or auto. Hospitality and hygiene is top notch.
