The Fern Habitat, Candolim, Goa

Stay was nice. Location of property is very good. Staff was supportive. However, didn't like the food in breakfast.

Good staff, services and rooms are extremely good. Parking spot available. Near to Candolim around 1 km. But food items are less and not as per fern reputation. Need to improve. Rest is great.

Room, cleanliness, food and services are up to par. However I wish they have more options for in-house restaurant. The locality is also decent. You will get everything you want within walking distance.

Good property but as compared to other fern hotels very poor room & services amenities. Fridge was leaking water on floor continuously. Every time we hv to rush to reception counter as door was not able to open by their card key, required master key each time . Only 1 lift for guests . 72rooms Poor breakfast facility, crowded , less servent. Always fool with corporate business seminar.

The property is decent. The rooms are okay. The location is also okay. The food is average in sometimes below average as well. The connectivity is good and it’s 10 minutes away from the beach walking

First Thing is the hotel is not upto the mark which it shows on google or mmt. The Pool is not clean there is a spit inside. The breakfast was terrible no taste and after 9 am nothing is available and not even hot. The room was not at all upto the mark. With our kids we have given Queen Size bed and when we ask on reception the answer was given let your child or father should sleep on living room sofa. Overall Experience was not good for us.

Worst service even waiting for call back from customer support electric problem. No room service, even reminded so many times. Crows flying inside the dining area

Firstly the room smells lile pest control office head..rooms are so average. Breakfast is just ok if you paid with breakfast u juat eat to survive types. The most worst part is the union taxi drivers sitting in their paeking just dont allow ur pre-booked taxis to enter and will send the drivers back and then will charge u double for the same.

Very humble staff & fast service & best for family stay & group stays

Seems like a new establishment. The staff seemed trained but may be a it overwhelmed. Front desk was never answering calls consistently. It was either unanswered or answered and cut. Rather frustrating. Housekeeping would clean the room but not keep fresh towels. And then you have to call over and over again. Staff was courteous, polite. Breakfast was good - nothing stood out as such. Thankfully they have decent parking on the property. I found the facilities and experience a bit on the expensive side.

The best accommodation and hostel staff are fully supportive . The rooms are precious and very comfortable It is an excellent hotel

Dirty rooms with spider web, worn out paints, torn linen and pathetic service. The food is terrible and breakfast is the worst. The servers, receptionist everyone is clueless and doesn’t have basic courtesy of making your guest feel special.

The location of the property is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. Food could be better. Facilities are limited.

A pleasant hotel and the room was very big the food was good but it a unique feeling and it is near Candolim beach

Hotel is at good location and taste of food was good but had limited repetitive menu and one day we ordered pasta in dinner but it has insect in it so little disappointed there. overall stay was good but can be better

Stayed with family for a night, on 16-Oct-25. Location and Food was good. Rooms are spacious. 24x7 security is available. Pool is well maintained The overall cleanliness is average, especially bathrooms. The bathroom door lock was not working and they didn't know about it. Normally staff in hospitality industry is much polite than the staff here. Heavy rush and due to this, service is average. Room services are limited in morning 6.00 to 8.00.
