Nice Place, Nice Location, Filthy entry, Hot water issue , Congested Lobby and Lifts. Details are as below : Pros : 1. Nice and spacious Rooms 2. Excellent Restaurant staff and Breakfast Cons : 1. Rooms have Geysers installed, and hence in showers after Initial few minutes you will not get Hot water. 2. It is a property in a Building which has many other Hotels/service apartments in it. Also has shared roof top restaurant and you may need to wait for lifts for even 5 minutes to 10 minutes. No dedicated lift for Fern though they have many floors and 200 rooms 3. Reception staff on 1st Floor are very basic and not that polite 4. Restaurant staff also seems very un trained. I asked for the size of Pizza they told it will be good enough for 1 person. I requested if they could share the size (Like 10inch , 12inch etc.), they told they don't know size, it should be between 8 inch to 10 inch. Such a brand with such restaurant staff? 5. Also, the entry to the Hotel runs through Garbage waste area which gives you a stinky smell.

The property's location is good but the google map is misleading as the The Fern Habitat Jaipur entrance is on the back side of the grand anukampa. So, while taking the cab do not state your destination as The Fern Habitat Jaipur fern habitat jaipur. Instead write "the grand anukampa, sodala, jaipur. While the rooms are kept by excellent housekeeping the restaurant staff is just average like the food. Room service ism though good. Be prepared for a lot of disturbances at any time of the day or night as the The Fern Habitat Jaipur has many group bookings. It is common to find people knocking at your door at the wrong time and speaking loudly in the passages.

The The Fern Habitat Jaipur is fairly good. Housekeeping and room service are efficient. However, the front desk is mostly non-responsive when called from the room. Everything in the room is well organized and functioning well. The breakfast is average. Perhaps in run up to balancing the domestic and internation al guests, they are lost.

We booked this property for two days. The location is pretty close to airport. The room was pretty, had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good, had a lot of varieties. We enjoyed our stay

We stayed here as a couple and enjoyed every moment of it, the terrace has everything you need to set the mood so do try it out.
