The stay at the fern was comfortable and the staff were courteous and provided very good service including providing an early check-in and also contacts for local cabs which made our stay and trip easy and comfortable. The food in the The Fern, Kolhapur was delicious, enjoyed the bhakri and veg kolhapuri. Rooms were clean and well maintained. There are some improvements the management can do when it come to maintain g in room infra like telephone and drier. But overall experience was good and would definitely recommend this place.

I booked a room for 3 of us including our 7 year old son. it was a pleasant stay at the The Fern, Kolhapur. The food quality is awesome and the price is very reasonable. I loved the behaviour of the The Fern, Kolhapur staff. my son had a high fever and the The Fern, Kolhapur arranged a call to the doctor and thermometer as well.. it was my first visit to kolhapur but for any future visit I found my permanent The Fern, Kolhapur...keep it up guys keep up the quality and hospitality..

Location was easy to find with the help of Google maps. Food was good and with a variety of options. Room was also good, neat & clean. Service was also good. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Service staff was helpful and courteous. Just the entrance of the property is unusualy difficult to climb with your vehicle.

Check in in the fern was seamless process. All the staff was very helpful & always greeting with smile. Rooms & toilet were very clean. Had wide spread breakfast. We regularly stay there.

Room were spacious checkin was smooth food was delicious room service was fast kids enjoyed the stay

Located on main road,with easy access to railway station,omni.bus stop, many restaurants good room. of course we didn't eat or avail any service

Excellent location, on major road, very close to railway station, bus stand, and restaurants. Very helpful and prompt staff. Food was very good. Rooms need to be kept up before the guest checks in. e.g. faucet was faulty, ac was not working, broken telephone instruments.
