The Fern Residency Amritsar

Parking is for 6-7 cars infront of entrance of The Fern Residency Amritsar. They also have basement parking but some work was going inside, therby i have no idea of capacity. Guard at gate always helps in finding a parking spot n is very helpful. He also provides vallet parking. Staff in The Fern Residency Amritsar is nice. I stayed in topmost category room which was of 200 square feet size and was good in size. Other category rooms are 120 and 170 sized. 120 must be very small i think. Everything in room was functioning. Linen was clean. Bathroom partition wall is translucent and u can make out who and how a person is bathing inside. This is a serious issue. Shower pressure is slow though water pressure in taps is very good. U get warm water instantly. Conditioner, shampoo n washing gel r in small bottles which are difficult to use. Hair dryer present. The staff calls to take permission for room cleaning if your not in The Fern Residency Amritsar. Thats very good. There r 2 lifts. Staff is nice. I didnt try food. 2 l complementary water bottles per day.

The The Fern Residency Amritsar is centrally located right in the heart of mall road and is hardly 10-15 mins away from the railway station. The check in process was pretty smooth and as requested they had assigned the two rooms close to each other and on the highest floor. The room service was great whether there was any technical issue or food order requirement, the phone call was always attended to and services prompt. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had a varied option. Getting tuktuk right outside the The Fern Residency Amritsar is a huge convenience point when wanting to travel to golden temple and the nearby places. Even the pool seemed well maintained and we were happy when on request they allowed our kids to be in the pool till 7pm. Overall a memorable stay and highly recommended when visiting amritsar.

This The Fern Residency Amritsar best suited me and my colleagues to walk up to famous panorama museum and lawrence road. Jaideep at the front desk was quite informative and made an itinerary for us to cover amritsar after work. Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. After an official dinner at the The Fern Residency Amritsar we chose to eat at the The Fern Residency Amritsar restaurant during our stay. Executive chef sunny sharma made sure that we try almost every famous north indian dish. Mr. Chandi, inder bahadur, kiran & sharan always served with smile. This The Fern Residency Amritsar is highly recommended for business as well as family travellers.

We stayed at the fern residency amritsar. The The Fern Residency Amritsar is situated in the middle of city and near to golden temple. The rooms are clean and staff is very courteous. The breakfast was very nice and elaborative. Apart from this their front-desk is very helpful. Even their restaurant staff was very warm and friendly. They believed in customer service as first and went to extent to help and support you. The food was nice too as we were vegetarian and jain and they had many options available in breakfast. Their kulacha and chole were awesome. Thanks the fern for making my trip memorable.

We had a pleasant stay at the The Fern Residency Amritsar. Rooms were of decent size with king size bed. There were only few minor issues such as there was absolutely no view out of the window. There was a back of another building right in front of the window so there was very less natural light in room. Second issue was they did not have buffet menu in breakfast instead we had to order from a set menu beforehand which was a bit tedious. Apart from these absolutely no more issues. Location was good, near city centre with complimentary valet parking.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the fern residency, amritsar. The professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff were exceptional and greatly enhanced my visit. The overall cleanliness of the room was impressive, and i found it to be quite comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast options offered were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the quality and variety of the menu offerings. The fern residency was a wonderful stay experience. Room was nicely done and tidy and appropriately lighted. Hospitality was excellent. Tea and water replacement was prompt and adequate. Electric kettle was promptly replaced when requested. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location of the The Fern Residency Amritsar mai road was very convenient with adequate space for parking. Overall it was simply excellent experience.
