The Fern Residency, Bhuj

I have stayed with family on hazel suite where location of property is good however there was very limited parking facilities for customer. Initially i was also worried and argued with staff and suggested to improve facility. While i have discussed with manager and staff members about this and he make a way for me to park my car inside their parking space. So i have very good experience on staff members and manager whom i spoke to and they are very cooperative with customers to adjust and supportive. I thankful to manager and staff members for my pleasant stay. The only one thing which i don’t like is the food of the restaurant which they have served not good at all. Also i have noticed on my oder itself they have adjusted from kind of waste food to make my order. Which is very disappointing. Also, i did mentioned to restaurant staff on the same to complaint after i have paid my bills and quality of the food. However they were not ready to accept their mistakes even if my wife has seen how they were adjusting the our order. Also breakfast menu is same everyday which is very very disappointing for customers who stays longer like me. Also, some of the food items not managed hygiene as single serve packets can be served for like butter, jam etc which easily manageable. Breakfast menu should have variety on different days which is not exist and food are not upto mark the The Fern Residency, Bhuj like fern every other city has it.

Rooms: We booked the club rooms and they are very good. Have all the necessary amenities needed for the stay and very good housekeeping staff. Food: We had breakfast for 3 days and the food quality was not up to the mark. It got bad day after day. Only thing we liked was Poha from the complete range of items. They need to change there chef very quickly 😉 Location: This location is bang on highway. Out of Bhuj main town so if you want to stay within the city please choose another location.

Excellent location on highway, stayed 5 days comfortably & enjoyed with family, very well mannered staff and service personnel. Due to technical problem disturbed hot running water in washroom but the The Fern Residency, Bhuj staff very perfectly managed the situation with alternative arrangement. Basic food arrangements for drivers of guests, if possible complementary or if not, may be on payment basis. And fern bhuj did not disappoint. Clean, unobtrusive, friendly and prompt service were standouts. The location is just outside the city on the highway and hence quiet.

Hotel staffs were active and humble. Food was good with desired quality. Hotel rooms were cleaned and hygiene. Overall experience was better.

I had good stay at fern, madhapur, bhuj during my business travel. Room was neat and clean, hygienic. Morning breakfast was ready even at 700 am in morning on request as i needed to catch flight. Staff is very courteous. Overall good stay and recommend it.

Good hospitality, Service and overall hygienic clean and comfortable, Also not require to move outside for food, delicious food in lunch and dinner, good heavy buffet breakfast.

Overall good stay, near and clean premises, staffs are very cooperative, super-fast service, health breakfast. Expecting access of swimming pool but due to covid phase, it's closed.
