The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya

The check in was smooth. The staff are very polite and efficient. Rooms are big and clean. Both bed linen and bathroom linen are of very good quality. Restaurant is excellent. Service is excellent. WiFi and mobile connectivity is very poor. There was connectivity problem while checking out and the online payment failed so had to in cash, The The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya location is also good. Overall ambiance is excellent.

We had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff is courteous and always ready to assist, making the experience even better. From the serene ambiance to excellent service and delicious food, everything was top-notch. A must-visit for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The fern residency bodhgaya was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are large and refurbished. Bathrooms are a bit dated. Beds are comfortable. Linen is fresh, white, and new. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is tasty. Only negative is the entry to the The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya from the service road of the highway over a modified pavement. That needs to be fixed. The bottom of the car can hit.

Our stay was smooth, with well maintained and spacious rooms. However, the in-house restaurant fell short. ,The à la carte menu was limited to the same buffet options and the food was not worth the price. Fortunately, there were plenty of excellent dining alternatives nearby, making this a minor quibble. The location is fine as its near main bodhgaya area with good access to autos nearby.

The rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms were clean but didn't find them to the standards of fern though. They need to work on their servicing part where we had experienced delays, moreover some basic amenities like pain ointment should have been in the The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya. The staff was clueless about it.

Quite Big Property well kept and good customer orientation. Rooms are tastefully done which were clean/ sparkling. Room were very comfortable with very good quality food. All the staff were very congenial and helpful. To mention some names Pooja & Kanchan in F&B etc.

We stayed for one night at The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya fern residency. The stay was beautiful and staff particularly mr. Tushar was very cordial.

It was a good one night stay. Nothing to complain but they can increase their staff’s strength for better services.

Location is good pleasant stay room space comfortable , parking is sufficient and sufficient staff and polite, cooperative and well dressed up and regarding dining is good and not too much spicy

Excellent location and room quite spacious with all basic amenities. Buffet breakfast was well spread with Dith and North Indian dishes. Courteous staff .Enjoyed our stay .

So much of a pleasant environment. Hotel staff are so helpful and with good behaviour. Food was awesome and delicious.
