I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fern residency, calangute in goa and i must say, it was an exceptional experience. The resort's crew was truly outstanding, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure i had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The restaurant service was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious dishes on offer. The staff at the restaurant were not only attentive but also incredibly accommodating, making dining a delightful experience. Overall, the wonderful staff at the fern residency made my trip truly memorable, and i can't wait to return for another fantastic stay!

Nice hospitality on arrival - a welcome drink! the basic facilities are up to the mark. However, i had to get the lamp and the fridge replaced! looks like the lsdy receptionist was not aware of the basic functions of a refrigerator! the room service was okay, i had to remind them daily at least for twice! breakfast was nice, ample options for a family! two things, i was disappointed with: the pool and the lady receptionist's attitude! they don't have a shallow facility for the children! location wise very nice, you can find pure veg restaurants at a walking distance! car and bike rental facilities are just in front of the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga.

Services was not good other things was good like food, stay, amenities for serices the room was not cleaned on next day and the tv was also not working welcome drink was not provided will arrival to The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga manger has directly tood that we are giving complemantry for welcome drink so you cannot force us so the specking language was not so much good rest the property was good and other amenities was also good waiter service is to late it take apex 30 in if we call or order some thing in room that was the bad experice of fr-en residency for 3 days

The experience was good overall. The The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga is clean, cleaning service is good and efficient. The staff is courteous and helpful. One of us lost the wallet in parking and it was picked up by the staff and returned, we are glad for this gesture. Swimming pool area is good and clean. Music is also available beside swimming pool. Only front where improvement is required is the breakfast front. They do not have many options and the food is average on the complimentary breakfast front.

Hotel location is very good. Near to main market road and around 1 km from Baga and Calangute beach. There are 3 pure veg restaurants nearby for vegetarian travellers. Rooms are clean and have ample space to easily accommodate 3 adults. Good parking space for approx 10 cars. Breakfast was delicious with variety of dishes and with nice dining area. Staff was polite and quick to provide you the asked service. Swiming pool was also good. It has access to your dining area too.

The The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga was nice and comforting. The staff was polite and cooperative and specially the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga was at the best location which made the travel more easy as everything was nearby and we dint have to go long. The notch locations were hardly 10-15 mins max. The The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga believed in hygiene and we had the most comfortable stay )

So i do understand that properties have been shut due to pandemic setup very tastefully good interiors and space however very basics are missing like only one person seem educated about the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga industry rest of the staff is very average in understanding of this business they say it’s a suite however it’s just a room that too not too big to call it suite

Very nice The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga with very clean room and bathroom. Also the location is very good. You can easily get two wheeler on rent just in front of the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga. The market is near the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga. Overall the experience was great. The staff is also very cordial.

It was a average stay, don’t pay for breakfast it’s not worth. Rooms were good. Service was slow. A good stay

The The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga was very nice and clean rooms and staff was also polite. But service was very poor. You have to ask for things 4-5 times, then you will recieve things in your room.

Overall it was a good and comfortable stay. The The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga is located at a very prime location with easy access to baga and calangute. Also so many restaurants are located nearby. Hotel staff were welcoming and easily approachable. The rooms were also great. Only the prices were a bit on higher side.

I stayed in the The Fern Residency Calangute-Baga for 5 days it was amazing the staff were very co-operative quick service and they had everything that you need for a comfortable stay i would recommend this if you want to stay near calungutae or baga will definitely book soon when back in goa
